They are deceptive about fees presenting one at a time. While video repeatedly says $20 like that is all you are risking. Once presenting the first 3 fees they tell you to download the app. Where surprise you will find more fees. You literally would be spending hundreds a month in fees.

Within the first hour I told them to cancel my subscription and refund my money. They told me I voluntarily gave them the money and refused to refund. My banks fraud department had handle it.

They advertised you being able to invest $20 and make thousands of dollars in return after 30 days. What happened was $20 USD was never found on their website they started at 39 USD (for their help only) and moved up from there. One investment opportunity would cost someone 10,000 USD. After not being able to afford their continuous charges, I had to ask for my money back. They told me the maximum return on what was spent was 50%. Unless you have lots of spare USD in your bank, avoid them or you "may" find yourself losing a lot of money.

At no point was it clearly disclosed that this payment would initiate a paid subscription. From my perspective, the offer was presented as a one-time payment of €20 only. I was unable to identify any transparent or clearly visible information indicating an ongoing subscription.

In my opinion, the tutoring material provided was completely inadequate in quality and practically useless. The content appeared superficial and entirely disproportionate to the subsequent charges that were later deducted.

I therefore consider it extremely concerning that additional payments were taken following this one-time transaction. This creates the impression of a non-transparent and potentially unlawful business model in which users are not properly informed about the actual costs and contractual terms.

I hereby demand that all further charges be stopped immediately and that all unauthorized withdrawals already made be refunded without delay.

i paid for the subscription and in 1 day without using the platform, i submitted the request for refund.
After some chatting, the agent refunded the full amount.
Today, I checked my bank account, and they reversed the refund............
