When Amazon delivered an Einhell lawn trimmer the box had been damaged and I didn’t notice at the time of delivery that a wrench had fallen out of the damaged box. I contacted Einhell and without further a do they ordered the missing wrench and posted it to me.

Brilliant service with staff that were so helpful and sorted out all my issues straight away- I am very impressed with the after care services.

Superb customer service.

The hedge trimmer I had been using heavily for 5 years threw the little gears in the motor unit. Not surprising as it has been worked hard trimming 400 yards of hedges for 5 years.
Thought it worth seeing if Einhell could supply a spare part.
Immediate reply from Eddie in customer service who sent me the part required at no cost.
In this world of faceless online shopping where the algorithm of the online chat bot rarely helps this was so refreshing.

I have half a dozen Einhell products and happy to recommend them to anyone as I’ve been using them for over 5 years full time on a 6 acre garden so they put up with a regular hammering.

Einhell’s Customer Service is just 100%. They listen, they advise and they deliver. I have several products in the cable-free range and find them excellent. The warranty offered especially when extended free is second-to-none. Great stuff!

Obtained my Dingell mower in December 2024. Enjoyed two years of superb use but in May 2026 the mower suffered from an electrical problem.
I contacted the customer services and received help and advice which resulted in the mower being repaired and returned as good as new.
Very helpful people and excellent service.
Only disappointment was the fact that the problem occurred in the first place

Had problems with petrol mower .Had to return it and was sent a new one. Customer service was excellent. They were fantastic and very proffesional. I was treated with respect at all times. Thank you Einhell.

We purchased a battery operated lawnmower this year from Einhell and have not been disappointed. As we are getting older we needed to cut the lawn without the hassle of cords. There was a small issue, not with the product itself, but regarding an add on advertised with the product which didn't seem to be arriving. We called the company in the first instance and were asked to send an email which we did and ended up in communication with Connor who was an absolute gem. He was patient and understanding and went to great lengths to address the issue that we had. I would certainly use the company again.

After a few hiccups,and a few emails everything was sorted properly. The tools work well and are easy to handle. The batteries last a good length of time.

The consideration and advice when I queried a problem with customer service. It was clear and in the end an easy fix. Also had their reassurance that if fix had not worked the option of a refund would be available. Great product and excellant service.

Had a couple of drill bits break contacted customer service and with no hesitation they replaced not only them two broken ones but sent a replacement set!

I just wanted to say how much I appreciated the kind customer support today from Candice to order a replacement grass box for my electric lawnmower.
She was friendly, kind, helpful and gave wonderful customer service for Einhell, it was a first class experience and she is a great employee.

Just to set the scene; I was given a 2015 Einhell petrol strimmer which hadn't been used much and it wouldn't run. I thought that it might need parts, so I messaged Einhell UK from their website. I was surprised to receive a reply, but they have been very helpful. I have found the engine parts information and they have gone to considerable trouble to provide instructions with photos on how to do some jobs. Excellent help.

In December 2023, I left a review about the Einhell Agillo Angle grinder warning customers of the dangers created by the poor build quality.
Today I turn my focus to the Varrito Multi-tool which shares one of the issues with the Agillo. Once again, this is a tool made for use in dusty environments. Whether it's wood, plaster, grout or metal, the multi-tool is made to cut, grind or sand. That is it's purpose. I have a pair of Varrito's both of which have failed due to dust ingress. Despite the German claims, it should be noted that the Varrito is powered by a Chinese motor, so the beating heart of the tool is not of German engineering and does not come with the peace of mind you might expect from such. That might have been ok, because it's a good tool, had it not been let down by the failure of adequate dust proofing. If you do decide to buy one, beware, it will let you down.

Bought a battery mower to save messing around with cable for the 1st time.mower it's self is brilliant but took a while to receive my free gift(battery)...storage is great,its so easy to set up and use,big grass box,smooth to push along and makes a excellent job of grass cutting. Highly recommended A*****

I have many Einhell Products and they are all excellent, easy to use and do the job they are designed for. High quality engineering.

Customer service were extremely quick and responsive when I needed them. I’m also very happy with the product.

I have bought so far 2 drills, chainsaw, hedge trimmer, jigsaw, pruner, sander and lawnmower all battery operated in my opinion fantastic products, for an average household and good quality for the price. The batteries last a very long time. I had a problem with the drill and sent back easily and replaced and sent back no dramas. I thoroughly recommend Einhell products and if needed would buy the complete range

Candice could not have been more helpful and with the assistance of an Einhell engineer found the 2 small replacement parts I needed to get my lawnmower moving again. These arrived the following day as advised 👍

Bought a cordless lawnmower in April from Argos and completed the details as part of the claim for the free battery promotion after purchasing a lawnmower. This was claim was completed on 15th April 2026.
After multiple emails to Einhell customer services, and promises that my claim had been processed and the free battery would arrive in the next few working days, it's now 21 June and I still haven't received the free battery.

Customer Service to this company clearly means nothing. The communication is poor at best. Going forward I would avoid Einhell and look at other manufacturers.
