I was reviewing the product what was in my cart. I never confirmed the order and the processed the order. They charge me $180.00 for this product and that is only because I have Shop.com connected to my computer. Beware of this company. They said after one hour it was too late to cancel the order. I am fighting with them for a return label.. They are shady.

I have used earth breeze for years. I was amazed that my clothes came out brighter than normal. I see complaints about unknowingly getting put on a subscription. When I started, I was fully aware of signing up for a subscription. I very easily changed the frequency of receiving my laundry sheets. When I hadn't received one of the 4 gifts that I thought I was supposed to receive, i sent an email with my complaint.
Customer service was quickly available and very helpful. I saw that she was correct. I had not remembered the ad correctly, dryer balls were not one of the free items, but she sent them to me anyway. That is good customer service!
I have easily put my subscription on hold when I was going to be gone for an extended period of time.
Love the product.

Complete scam! Product is lousy, and the "surprise" subscription automatically sends the product...even though you write and say "NO!"
DON'T get involved with this company! Just go to the store and buy your soap of choice.

Shady business practices. Earth breeze if you want to make money don’t scam people into auto renewals and make it very difficult to cancel. One sheet is not enough you have to use like 4.

complete scam! from billing to product all is complete garbage, i hope they get what coming!

Checked my credit card today and they have processed another payment £53.96 for something I DEFINITELY HAVE NOT ORDERED and certainly not received. Be very vigilant when ordering from Earth Breeze, there are so many other honest reliable suppliers to choose from.

way to clean clothes without all the chemicals that irritate our skin and create more toxins on our beautiful earth. customer
service was great and i have continued my
subscription. it is coming into Canada from
the US and is a longer process to place the order then go through an efficient shipping
and delivery process, with tracking all the way. the sheets dissolve in warm water
and just rinse the clothes. clothes are soft and clean with no color removal or stains left. i wash my clothes by hand, same results. can be used for delicates also.

I placed my first order and was placed on a "subscription" membership without my knowledge. I was charged $51 for an order that I did not need. When I complained I was removed from the subscription, however they did not credit my account because the order had already been shipped. I do not find this company to be trustworthy, and I will no longer be making any purchases from them.

Iam not impressed at all they don’t clean the clothes properly they don’t leave the clothes smelling nice. A total waste of money will not be buying them again. I will go back to my old detergent.

I've been using EarthBreeze laundry unscented sheets for 5 years now. Few cleaning products work like they say they do. My husband works construction. So his work clothes are always dusty, greasy & lunch stained. The laundry sheets get his work clothes really clean. When I first started using them and he grabbed a clean shirt that was folded up in his drawer, he held it up and asked did you buy me new shirts?
I knew I had a winner in cleaning laundry!

I haven't bothered to calculate the amount of money I've saved over the last 5 years buying EarthBreeze vs liquid laundry detergent, but I am sure it has been significant

I'm a fan of these sheets. They work well, the scent is subtle and they are a very good product. On par with any other laundry product I've used before and I prefer the less invasive scent.

You have, however, most likely unknowingly signed up to automatic repeat purchases! To prevent this, once your order is complete, access your account (via the order confirmation email and "view order") and delete your payment details order the selection of products listed.
You'll see under the payment section what you have "agreed" to pre-authorise payment for. This is the quiet catch that I was watching out for and still did not notice.
In fairness, once mine auto reordered, I contacted their inbox and someone responded in less than 10 minutes on a Sunday. This kept things at 4* but I still need to see if the refund happens.

I placed an order and it took sometime to arrive. The dryer sheets are worthless. I normally get at least 2 loads use of a dryer sheet. This product did not even last 1 load. I do not recommend the dryer sheet. The laundry sheets are OK for regular loads, but do not take out stains and heavy dirt. Recommend finding another product. Before I could even use 1/4 of the sheets, I was shipped my 2nd order.. they should have waited at least 30 days prior to sending out my 2nd order. Their subscription service is not worth it - recommend not signing up for it.

I am very disappointed with the underhand way I have been treated by this company. I emailed to complain about a payment taken that I did not authorise. I have contacted my bank and raised a dispute with the company to get a refund and block any further payments.

I made a purchase in error not realizing it was a subscription which provided more laundry soap than I could possibly use. I immediately contacted Earthbreeze. It has been 4 days and numerous emails. I just found out I was charged on my credit card. Earthbreeze has a 48 hour cancellation policy they did not honor. My subscription was cancelled yet I was charged. Make sense of that. I love the idea of their product I HATE THEIR LACK OF CUSTOMER SERVICE. This ruins my thoughts of a future use. I HIGHLY ENCOURAGE CONSIDERING ANOTHER OPTION.

I've only done one load but the towels smaller fresh and clean. But the customer service is amazing. I sent an email after accidentally signing up for a subscription and they replied right away and helped me get everything corrected. Was very impressed!

I initially purchased five boxes of Earth Breeze detergent online, which I was assumed was a one time transaction. I paid $53.
However, I was surprised to find another package containing five boxes arrive later, accompanied by a charge of $78.36, a subscription I had no knowledge of initiating.
Despite sending an email to request a refund and offering to return the items, I have received no response or acknowledgment of my request, leaving me thoroughly dissatisfied and feeling overcharged.
I would advise others to exercise caution with this company as their lack of communication and over charge are concerning.
Furthermore, the product itself is simply not worth the significant amount of money they are charging.

Earth Breeze made everything right even without me asking. I figured I was just out the missing free gifts from my order but Jude from there customer delight team me emailed me. Before I got done reading that email, I received another one saying I have a shipment on the way with the missing items. Thank you for the fast, unexpected, and appreciated customer service.

Do NOT buy directly from this business. They will put you on a subscription and continue to send/charge for product after confirming that you canceled. They are difficult to contacy by phone. Poor customer service.
