Experience started good, then soured badly
I had a family member buy me an extra large money tree. The plant thrived for a while. I loved the plant, the pot looked great, and the system was super easy. That didn't last. First the inner post came loose. I reached out to support and they said just to glue it back. I asked about a replacement pot but they said that wasn't something they provided. I offered to purchase one and they still said no. I believe they offered a small coupon on a future purchase. Fast forward a bit and the self watering aspect stopped working and the plant dropped a ton of leaves. The plant's roots grew into the wicking system, rendering it useless. Reached out to support and their official stance was to buy replacement pot from another company. I was shocked that their official statement was to buy a product from another company.
I'm just taken aback by such terrible customer service for a "premium" product. I'm not the only one who has run into this problem either. I'm not sure why they are so resistant to sending a replacement pot(I'm willing to pay for it too). They have gone from a company I loved and would recommend to everyone I know to being a company I'd advise everyone to avoid.
Edit: Looks like they did "reach out" but it is an automated email that was broken at that. Doesn't seem to be a human responding to me, not that I could even read anything of substance in the email.

Most of their plants die quickly
Most of their plants die within a few weeks of arrival. Customer service is an AI agent and is inconsistent and not very helpful.

Beautiful plants!
The plants arrived strong and healthy and are still looking really good. I love the self-watering pots that only need attention once a month. I travel and not having to worry about the plants while I'm gone is wonderful. I ordered another that should be here today!

Absolutely love this snake plant
Absolutely love this snake plant! It arrived healthy, looked fantastic right out of the box, and has been thriving ever since. It’s already started using some of the water in its pot, which is a great sign. The plant looks exactly as advertised, adds a beautiful touch of greenery to the space, and has been incredibly easy to maintain. Very happy with my purchase and would definitely recommend!

I've had my 1st plant about 9-10…months, see above
I've had my 1st plant about 9-10 months. The last time I watered it the whole dirt ball and water resevor lifted out of the pot and the plant tilted. I pushed the dirt ball and resevore back down and it seem to be ok.??
