Terrible experience
Terrible experience. I first tried to deposit with Visa and Mastercard, but the system rejected them. The local payment systems, Humo and Uzcard, weren't available either. I managed to send crypto to my account, but then verification stalled. They asked for a video proving the account was mine. I submitted it several times, and each time was rejected after a few hours. Support told me everything was fine and that approval was coming soon, but after 24 hours my account was still frozen. I decided to withdraw my funds and never come back, and was told the withdrawal would take another 24 hours. Awful service, I can't recommend it."
