Ordered a bracelet for my Son , on arrival it had random initials on it. When contacted it took them ages to reply , they eventually just offered me £3.50 and said I could keep the bracelet. I said that wasnt acceptable but have had no further response. Have since discovered the same product for a fraction of the price on amazon !

Ordered an item. Tracked via their tracking numbers. Never received item. Customer service was cookie cutter responses. Save your money and go elsewhere.

I just updated my review because I had given this company only 1 star (zero is that option was available to me). This was because they had sent the wrong item. As some form of compensation they suggested I keep the one they sent and accept a refund of 25%. I responded by quoting Australian Consumer Law. As this was their fault and not mine, I am entitled to a replacement or full refund, at no cost to myself. They are also responsible for any shipping costs, not me. They then came back with an offer of 50%, then 75%, and then, when I wouldn't budge and threatened to expose them on social media and escalate the matter to Fair Trading, they finally agreed to a full refund. Fair enough, they eventually did the right thing, but it should not have been such an ordeal. I will not be using them again.

I ordered 2 head wraps. They’re essential a piece of fuzzy rag. After emailing them that I’d like to return the items, they replied I would need to send in THREE (no less!) pictures and/or videos of why…
I sent in 3 videos of 3 torn places, hanging threads, loose fuzzies. Their reply? Sorry for the inconvenience!! We won’t refund you..

I ordered a Irish good luck bracelet and it arrived in bubble mailing bag. There is no damage.It isrettier than the picture. May not be lucky but it is symbolic cause I am 1/3 Irish. There were 2 tracking labels. 1 from China and one Usps.

Misleading advert suggesting duo x two items in deal but after you've paid confirms 1 item. No response to emails!!!!!

SCAM company who do not send your products. Autobots reply to emails saying it’s out in post but NZ post have no record.

My complaint is the same as everyone else. Never received package. Two different tracking numbers. Now saying it was delivered almost a month ago and it never was. The tracking number was changed. No resolution from the company. Wish I'd come here first. Do not buy from this company!!!!

Don't order from here. it's a scam. never received it. no phone number to contact to anyone. I reported it to the local police and my bank. everyone that was ripped off from this fake company should do the same.

Ordered a hat that was never received. Fake tracking number. They said it was delivered and will resend another shipment which was never received. Now they have stopped responding to my emails. Following up with legal action.

I would give these thieves zero if I could. I ordered a bracelet in a gift box with a poem card for my son. What I received was a 99p Christmas cracker bracelet in a plastic bag.

Ordered a hat which was not received, they claim it was sent and delivered! Total scam. This was purchased thru shop who always sends a notice that it has been delivered. Never received a notice from shop. Will pursue further action. Shop will be notified!

Do not use this site 1st order damaged replacement damaged then fake tracking number given for next replacement now been ignored and can't get any further contact and they deleted my review on their site.

I ordered a bracelet for my son. It arrived today. Delivery took about 3 weeks. Was disgusted when it arrived today in a plastic packet - no box- no lovely words, as advertised. Please don't buy this item as you will be very disappointed. It was the box and the lovely words that made it special. Bracelets probably worth a few £. This has to be stopped. Looked again on line for supplier lots more people selling it but different name from who I ordered from. Such a scam !!!
