I ordered internet 1&1 +Netflix 23.99 monthly, and I received internet €45.00 monthly without Netflix, of course there is no bonus for the subscription either, when I called 1&1 and complained... the only solution was to cancel everything, and I didn't have the previous internet... Very bad experience and it really shook me.
