I signed for a free raf paid £3. I never had option for olans. Yhis month they took £9 from my account without permission and I am now fighting to get my money back. Not happy with them at all and certainly wont recommend them as they help theirself to your money. WARNING TO ALL.

Thieves. Have taken money twice from my account without my consent. I have blocked payments with my bank. Binned the tags, never set up any details with them to start with. No way to contact them. They want £9.95 to cancel a subscription I never set up!! I want a refund.

Fast shipping and setup is Extremely easy.

Joined Crumb, was promised 99p per mont for premium service.
First month charged £4.95 let it go, then charged £4.95second month. So cancelled subscription hopefully.

I made an error a silly mistake by not reading the details properly. This was sorted out very quickly 👍 please be careful when completing the form.

Received the Crumb tag in the mail within 2 days of ordering it. Easy process with activating the tag. No pressure to sign up to a monthly subscription.

You can't cancel it won't let you! You gone back support and they don't respond it is a cash grab I had to enter a fake debit card number to be able to not be charged for this garbage

Crumb has helped me find my fur baby successfully a few times. She loves seeing the sunlight and heads for the hills. I definitely trust Crumb with my babies.

All read great on a facebook ad and I ordered one. On receipt of tag I noted a paper slip giving set up instruction with no info of any ongoing charges. If you do not act directly you will get bombarded by emails to activate the tag immediately, one of which said:-There's one more important thing you need to do.At the end, you'll see an option for enhanced protection, which 80% of pet parents go for. Some don't, and that's totally fine. Either way, thanks for joining our incredible community!
At no time during activation does it explain there is a recurring £9 monthly subscription and activation process requires payment details which i simply assumed was to cover any selected add-ons. My wife noticed the £9 payment from our bank account yesterday. Very disappointing and expensive I thought, verging on a con as others have said during reviews by the insistence of the emails once tag received. Great idea but...

This is a scam! Ordered free tags and gave credit card details for postage. Crumb then decided to take a monthly fee although I hadn’t signed up for the service. I’ve cancelled the so called subscription however they are employing delaying tactics to refund my account. It’s small beer but it’s the principle and I would advise anyone considering signing up to
give this company a wide berth.

Crumb appeared to be the magic wand and amazing and a small initial fee was paid. However without authority they have helped themselves to my bank account and withdrawn money without giving me any notice or reason or even asking. I'm shocked to think a company you trust can just help themselves

Not pleased. I signed up for these 'free' tags 'just pay postage' a few months ago. Put them on my cat and dog seemed like a good idea. Then I noticed today a payment was due for crumb and 1 came out last month and the month before for 6 pound odd. I never subscribed for anything. Logged on and it does indeed say premium but I've never agreed to go premium and I cant get in touch as the AI bot cant do anymore than fail to send a message to I assume a none existent team. Its a scam. I would be pleased if they would contact me and refund my money back

Only sign up to this company if you’re happy to pay a £9 monthly subscription.
I wish I’d come on here and read reviews before ordering the tag as it’s been a total waste of time and money. Firstly they sent a tag with the scanning instructions written in Spanish! No idea why as I live in the UK! So I contacted them and they sent another.
Then I was incredibly careful registering the tag after reading here how everyone had mistakenly been signed up for premium when they didn’t need or want it…..but still it charged me £9 as there is no option to change it. I went through the app trying to find how to cancel, but eventually had to email them. They replied with a description of how to cancel and I did just that. They confirmed my premium subscription is cancelled, but have not agreed to refund me the £9
I think the concept of the premium is good if you have a dog with poor recall, or one with a reputation for running off, but my dog is 12 years old, has great recall and doesn’t leave my sight.
Please don’t order one unless you’re happy to pay every month!

Shocking, tag arrived and followed the activation link. Then immediately got billed £9 for premium which I did not sign up too. Wish I read the other comments before purchasing this, it is not free and info very misleading. Emailed and got nowhere.

Crumb advertised a free tag for pets, I couldn’t compete the procedure. They have taken 4 pays of £4.99. Contacting the company is virtually impossible they say I would get a code, after email after email nothing. Any company that can’t be called by phone. Buyer beware.
I have found the website to cancel the payment, but they charge £9.95 for the privilege
