I also have issues with customer service. I bought the viral fawn sweats a size larger since all their promo material stated that it’ll be the last time of the year it’ll restock. Imagine my surprise when they restocked again. Artificial scarcity strikes again. Bc my money is now trapped in store credit, I tried to do an exchange but it sold out again when I was in the middle of processing it. Bc their business model is based on manufactured shortages, I don’t see why my exchange can’t still be honored. I also don’t understand why instant exchanges aren’t introduced like so many others have integrated into their businesses seamlessly. It seems counter intuitive. So yeah this is where my frustration lies

I got a matching set with my golden retriever and it is absolutely perfect! So soft and comfortable! Highly recommend. :)

I have order 2 blankets and love them both. For return visit, they sent me a $20 reward which I thought was so nice but turns out it basically works for nothing. Customer service basically said sorry to disappoint you. Not sure I'll be back. I can like your product but if you don't have good customer service that is helpful, i'm out. I'll share with everyone I know.

The hoodie I bought was a little bit oversized and really comfy I love it

The clothing is great but customer service sucks I tried to modify my order since it did not go through correctly as soon as I say it did not give me the set which was a special price and only 5 minutes had passed it would not let me fix the problem it was 59.00 for complete set ended up charging 45.99 for just the sweat shirt and another40.00 for pants so total was 86.00 instead of 59.00 customer service never got back to me ,I will never buy from this store again

A great deal on a very good quality sweatshirt for my 4 month old golden retriever puppy. He weighs 30lbs and I got him the size XL which fits him well and some room to grow into, however I would recommend possibly sizing up one more size with dogs that have a deep chest just to allow a little bit more room in that area. The material is soft and thick allowing him to move around with no issue. I would highly recommend!

Best gifting experience ever. Bought hoodies for my whole family no running around to stores got it done in 5 minutes. Delivered quickly and most importantly they are constantly being worn. Everyone loves them. Thank you look forward to shopping with comfrt again.

I'm sure the product is great but customer service is not. I purchased the item and immediately noticed after there was a 15% discount code. I contacted them right away and was basically told sorry about your luck.

Terrible customer service. I ordered 4 items and they only shipped me 3 of them but their packing list says all 4 items were shipped together and I was charged for all 4 items. I have been writing them daily with pictures of the package received on 10/30/26 and they will not respond and fix this problem.
The items I received look nice but if there is a problem with the shipment, do not expect help from them.
I have to file a complaint now with PayPal to get my money back for that item,

Absolutely horrible service. I ordered a blanket as a gift for someone. It said I was to receive it on oct 22 and 2 weeks later no one reached out to me. When emailing to find out what has happened, they said lost in transit and couldn’t provide me a refund but offered a small discount on a new order. Ridiculous

I do love my sweats and hoodie. The only horrible part about them is that everything sticks to it. I literally had to buy lint rollers just so I can wear them.

I ordered the dreamer robe. I’m OBSESSED!! It’s literally like wearing a blanket. It’s so cozy to curl up on the couch, especially now that it’s fall! They’re sold out again, but as soon as they come back in stock, I’m buying one for my mom for Christmas!! 🤩🩷

My sister in law has been ordering from you guys for a while now. Everytime she comes home she has a new set and i tried them on and was amazed at the quality and material and how comfortable the items truly are. After I put in my first order I immediately ordered 3 other sets. 10/10!!! The delivery also says 3-6 days for standard, but I got mine in 2 days.
