The process was seamless. I received a call to remind me about my upcoming appointment. I was able to book with the physician I had from the year before. The appointment was relaxed and very thorough. I will continue to use CannaCareDocs for my renewals.

I did not like the fact that I had to wait 90 minutes for the MD to call me to get certified. I had to call 3 times for him to even call me

I referred a friend and they were charged $99 while I was charged $150 to renew, for a two minute phone call. I requested a partial refund and was told I would hear back from someone. That didn't happen. So I called again and was told by the woman on the phone she would get right back to me. That didn't happen. Now I'm thinking I should get a full refund for the poor customer service alone.

Four phone calls? I had set an appointment for 1210… The MD attempted to call @ 1050, (no caller ID),& again @ 1208,(disconnected), both calls unable to connect… (platform issue?) I attempted to call back & got yet another call from the MD, (no caller ID). This time, got it done…(I thought), only to get another call from a new caller,(2 hrs later), & luckily, was able to complete the process. The lack of professionalism is astounding!

The company was very patient and they explained everything to me. They also sent me information to help me understand.

i got a good time slot and did my online paperwork for the current year of questions about my health and usage. Prior to this it was made known to me that my card for payment had expired - really appreciate the email communications - so i updated it before phone chat. DR.D. called on time and i was asked a series of basic questions as previous years based upon my current health and paperwork and then after being approved for the upcoming year i paid and that was it.

I've had my medical card for about 12 years now. I got it from Cannacare in Bangor and have also done my renewals each year with them also. The staff was alway pleasant and friendly, never once made me feel uncomfortable. The renewals over the phone the past few years have always been quick and easy. I always recommend Cannacare to anyone who asks me about getting their medical card.
