I referred a friend and they were charged $99 while I was charged $150 to renew, for a two minute phone call. I requested a partial refund and was told I would hear back from someone. That didn't happen. So I called again and was told by the woman on the phone she would get right back to me. That didn't happen. Now I'm thinking I should get a full refund for the poor customer service alone.
