Unbelievable.
We urgently needed to get our windshield repaired, after it had gotten damaged during the previous hailstorms. While we both absolutely understood being sent away to wait until the insurence information came through, we were a bit flabbergasted at the request to drive two hours (with a very damaged windshield) to get it repaired at a different carglass. This Carglass didn‘t have the right windshield for replacement. Despite the correct declaration on their website, that a windshield is essential for a vehicle‘s stability, we were also told to „just drive home slowly“. We would have needed to drive all the way from Padenghe to northern Germany. Thank god we went to an amazing shop who quickly repaired the windshield. The carglass 2 hours aways also reached out to us 2 days(!) before we had to leave Italy. We were told we would get that call on Monday. We received it Thursday afternoon instead…Thank god we did not wait for their call and went elsewhere….

I'm very satisfied
I'm very satisfied! I had a broken side window in my imported Honda. After a lot of effort, Carglass was able to find the right windshield and installed it in 30 minutes. The woman at the reception desk also spoke good English, so communication was very easy. I can recommend this branch with a clear conscience.
