Really unbelievable
Really unbelievable. Since Thursday my window is broken by basterd who also stole my bag.
I tried to make an appointment since Thursday. Now it’s Tuesday!!! Every time the say my colleague will call you back in 5 min. I tried Italian people to make an appointment but the same thing.
I also tried to make an appointment by the Netherlands. They sent an email and all the information.
After 80 calls I give up.
Really I don’t understand. Choose the window by type of car and make an appointment m. If you are afraid to speak English or what ever the reason is. No, is also an answer

Non andate a car glass, sono di disonesti, ho un massimale di €.750,00 per la sostituzione del parabrezza mi è stato chiesta una differenza di €.300,00 con doctor glass ho speso €.68,00.
