Necessità di modificare un preventivo senza un account disponibile:
-chat bloccata
-assistenza telefonica interminabile
-nessuna possibilità di richiesta di ricontatto
-spam telefonico inutile, inopportuno e arrogante post emissione preventivo
-errore finale nella compilazione di un preventivo alternativo per aggirare i tre primi punti.

Call center efficiente. Risolti i problemi di preventivo rapidamente. Conosco da anni, e se non aumentano esageratamente i rinnovi, torno da loro

It's been weeks since I tried to renew the car insurance but the website is so bad that I can't proceed to the payment phase. The quotation is there, when clicking on "Purchase", it asks me to login (again) and there's no quotation I can pay for.
Too bad, I will need to go after another insurance company.

horrible customer expirience, 2 days to cancel the contract after my father died. The line kept on falling and each person gave me a different answer. Just because of this I will make a contract with them

Terrible experience all around. They never answer the phone, the web tool to log an issue doesn't include my issue (hail, grandine), the chat person couldn't offer support on the "sinistro", and basic car towing ("soccorso stradale") wasn't included in the "Premium" insurance plan, which is their second most expensive car insurance (almost 2000 EUR per year). They also write that the "massimale" to repair something is increased to the cost of the repair if I use one of their certified auto shops ("officine"), but then the officina in the estimate asked for an additional 715 EUR. I feel poorly treated and possibly cheated all around.
Stay away! I will never work with them again if I can help it. Last, their name is very misleading advertisement, because they adopted the name "Allianz Direct" in 2021 to give the impression of offering similar service as Allianz, one of the premier insurance companies in the world.

Per chi come me non ha mai avuto incidenti potrebbe essere applicata una scontistica diversa.

Son tornata cliente allianz direct e mi sono sempre trovata bene.
