I placed my order on July 11. At the time of purchase, the product was shown as in stock on the website.

On August 13, the order was marked as “shipped”. However, I still have not received a tracking number, the name of the carrier, or any proof that the parcel was physically handed over to the transport company.

I have contacted customer service several times. I was told that there are issues with the transport company and that they are waiting for updated shipment information, but so far I have not received any verifiable shipping details.

I have tried to resolve this directly with the company and I am still hoping the order will arrive soon. I will gladly update this review once I receive the parcel or clear confirmation that it has actually been shipped.

Update will follow if the situation is resolved.

Purchased (OZ Racing Gass RS-A wheel rim kit) for $4,419 AUD. Their website showed a Black Gloss finish. Once they arrived, they were a Techno Matte finish. I wasn't happy and emailed asking for a return and replacement. Initially, they denied it, taking no ownership for delivering the wrong item. It has been an 8-month dispute. Customer service is horrendous and can not properly understand English. Eventually, they agreed to a return after much back-and-forth, as if doing me a favour. But stated I had to pay the shipping and import fees to get the rims back to Spain from Australia. Then pay the shipping and import fees again to get the new rims back to me. Which would easily cost thousands of dollars. This should be their responsibility for a simple mistake. Even if I paid these fees and the rims got delivered back to their warehouse. There is no guarantee that I would receive anything back; some customers have complained about this potential issue previously. Terrible experience and a lack of decency toward their customers.

this company was not very clear with the delivery times. I had an incident with first delivery, it was not their fault. They took the time, but they fixed the problem professionally. They might have higher price, but as much what I purchased from them, was something that is not possible to find any where else. Looking forward to open their site in the future again.

I ordered a part 3 weeks ago. The order showed as shipped the next day, but I still haven't received it. I tried calling Carbon4us multiple times on different days, no one answered.

I wrote 2-3 times asking for details, but it is still unclear to me when/ if I will get the part.

My Ducati is with my mechanic; he keeps asking me when I expect the part so he can plan ahead his own work, yet I am unable to give him a simple answer.

Edit: yes, they replied on the email and gave me a tracking number which doesnt update, I asked for details but it still isn't solved. Why are you guys more responsive in trustpilot than customer support?

The tracking sent on email shows the only status as "label created" 7 days ago: mailingtechnology > XSMT100104219

The last mile carrier based on the tracking states: "Parcel not found" : cargus > XSMT100104219

Carbon4us responded to my emails promptly my package took longer than expected but i do not attribute this to carbon4us everything now is taking longer than expected but they came through so they get my vote of confidence,will buy again from them .derek.

Well solved a problem when ordering, good parts provider for every Ducati owner.

I bought an Öhlins steering damper kit without the Öhlins damper itself but one crucial part was missing. Apparently this part is usually shipped with the damper itself but I did not have that. so now I have to order it . The communication with Carbon4us was very good, understanding and friendly. So in general my shopping experience was very good and would purchase again. a fair custom service orientated shop.
