Desmo Racing Reviews 

Ordered a DB silencer from them, I received parts meant for a guy in the UK and he received my parts, (Australia) we just posted them directly to each other. I've been trying to get a refund on the postage costs, unfortunately Desmo-Racing have so far ignored 3 emails.

I expected my item and was told:
14 days at the latest. Now one month!
Please send tracking number, I wrote several times. Nothing but one bad excuse.
I reported it it to paypal!!
I only too 2 minutes, I received a full refund.
They knew the seller from many times, the same bad thing.
Seller is by far the badest and slowest seller, I have ever dealt with.

5 weeks and im still waiting for my parts. When i enquire i recei e responses which turn out to not be accurate. In my experience i would struggle to recommend Desmo Racing and will not be using them again. Absolutely abysmal customer service.

Disappointing. Ordered a few parts because Desmo were cheaper. The delivery time was long, a few weeks, but that would have been okay. Except the deadline passed with no communication at all. I contacted them a few times with enquiries and felt I got the brush off. They did refund me promptly though, so that bit went well.
I ended up going back to my reliable old Ducati spares people, Stein Dinse, who are a few Euros pricier, but sent the parts inside a few days with excellent communication. I've had a few Ducatis and Stein Dinse have always been excellent. My own silly fault for changing supplier.
