Ordered the fujifilm x100vi and it arrived next day. Website could do with some work though couldn’t track my order etc

They lost my package that cost €930.00 and won't do anything about it. Will not refund or replace the item and now are just ignoring me.
But I have my solicitor working in the case.
Stay away from this shop

Charging almost times the price for 35mm film as literally anywhere else in the country. The film wasn't even in KODAK packaging with expiration date box. €29.99 for Kodak colour 400ASA. I called to ask why and they said it was a rise in the cost of film which strangely hasn't affected local retail costs with other vendors.

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS WEBSITE! I've faced the same problems that the other 1 star reviews talked about.

I made an order on the 21st of August for a camera lens hood and it's been 4 weeks without any update. On top of that, they wanted me to pay €7.99 for a delivery fee. The link they gave to view the order once I made it doesn't even work as well, giving me an error page.

I contacted them through email and have not gotten any reply. Rang the shop as well and just got rubbish excuses.

Please save your time and avoid ordering online from this website.

Just wanted to update this to say that I still haven't received my lens hood. True scammers

Initial glitch meant I ordered and paid twice online outside normal hours at weekend I contacted camera centre online to ensure only one order was processed and got a prompt reply ensuring that they would process order and refund second payment. Was contacted next day to say I small i part of order wasn't available and said rest of order was ready for delivery so I gave go ahead and received via DPD in really quick time and refund to my account also without untimely delay

Just got my camera from Camera Center Dublin on Grafton Street and the experience was fantastic. The staff were super friendly and knowledgeable, and the lady who helped me went the extra mile to make sure I understood everything about my new camera. She was incredibly patient and attentive, taking time to explain all the features in detail. You can tell they genuinely care about their customers. Highly recommend, I’ll definitely be back!

Ordered a camera and paid €7.99 for “next day delivery”. Gave it 2/3 days and no sign of my camera. I tried to use the order tracking link that was sent in my order email. This brought me to a page that just said “error”. No sign of the camera and can’t track its progress. Emailed about this and got no reply. Rang and was met by a very unenthusiastic employee who really didn’t care about my issue. I was then told that this camera I ordered was “pre order” only. However, I have a screenshot of the website just before I ordered the camera and there was no mention of any preorder. Overall, very disappointed with the entire service and would not recommend this shop to anyone. I could have gotten the same camera from Amazon for the same price. But I wanted to shop local. Amazon in future it is.

Payed for next day delivery on a camera, no sign of it for days so tried to email, no reply. Rang the shop and was told to expect it the following week (2 weeks after initial order), there was no indication on the website that cameras weren’t in stock and no option for standard delivery. Member off staff had no advise or help on potential refund. Would not recommend this shop.

Excellent service and knowledge from the guys in the camera centre. I’m new to the art and they didn’t make me feel that any of my questions were silly. They took everything I said onboard and were able to present me with a solution. Started to talk to them and had the lens delivered to my house within 24 hours. What a service. Thanks D&M

I am new to macro photography and contacted the camera centre about some help on what equipment I needed and I have to say they went above and beyond in helping me. Put my mind at ease on what I needed and they weren't trying to push for sales. I will definitely be back I also bought my nikon from them 12 years ago. Excellent customer service thanks so much.

After reading all the negative reviews I was nervous about ordering from them so I rang to make sure what I wanted was in stock. I was told it was, and delivery would only take a few days, which it did. So, given that their price was about 200 less than anywhere else, I was delighted with their service.

Ordered a replacement part for a lens. Money was taken but no sign of part being sent. There has been no answer from them despite numerous attempt to contact them. Would not use this company.

I placed an online order for 2 light weight portable light stands. Was notified just a few minutes after making my purchase that the stands were out of stock but that I would receive 2 higher priced (better quality) stands at no additional charge. While I would say that keeping online stock availability up to date would be recommended, I was absolutely delighted with the upgrade and the prompt notification. Shipping was very fast, and items were packaged well.

When I placed my order I left a message asking to let me know if they had what I ordered in stock. Shortly after that I got a phone call to confirm that they had it in stock. Fast shipping and delivery. I usually do my shopping on Amazon as I find it way more reliable and trustworthy than most Irish based businesses, so I was a bit concerned about placing an order with this company that I never head about before, but I gave it a go and I must say that I'm quite happy to give it a 5 start rating. Good communication, competitive prices and fast delivery.

No issues. Good value and friendly staff. I would shop here again and have done. Would recommend without hesitation.

I ordered an Avata Pro-Vew Combo drone online from Camera Center on March 22. After I received a phone call, I picked it up the next day from the store. I am very satisfied with this company. I recommend it with confidence.
