Unimpressive customer service
It took five months before my email was answered which took at least two more emails. When I was finally offered a replacement at a discount as the warranty had finally ran its course, it was then cancelled because there were none in stock. Not impressed with the customer service. I had issues for at least 6 months and after checking everything else, it took a while to figure out that it was the product that was causing the issue then my original email was not answered.

After reviewing your case, it appears the call blocker was originally purchased in 2023 and the reported problem involved your mother's number being blocked. In many cases, this can be resolved by unblocking the number directly on the unit using the following dial-tone code, which is also included in the user guide:
**6# (wait for beep) [enter number to unblock]# (wait for beep)
As the device was outside its warranty period, we offered a discounted upgrade to a newer model. Unfortunately, there were difficulties processing shipment to Canada from our US warehouse. While shipping to Canada is possible, it can sometimes be costly and take considerably longer than domestic deliveries.
We appreciate that this situation did not meet your expectations. If you would still like to discuss a replacement device, please contact our support team again and we will do our best to explore the available options. Alternatively, we recommend trying the unblock procedure above if you have not already done so.

Easy to install and had stopped most calls
Easy to install and use. Blocked a large number of calls right at the start. Getting 25-30 calls before installing, reduced to 5 to 8. However, once family wasn't around to instantly block calls getting through, the calls increased up again. Certainly not to the 25/ day but 5-6 around both lunch and dinner times. We're continuing to reinforce not answering every call unless a known name appears. But overall, a good product that has drastically diminished calls.

Tamed the scammers and spammers! No more unwanted calls!
Both my mother and mother-in-law were getting in excess of 50 scam/spam calls a day. I purchased the V10000 model and programmed in allowed numbers on the white list. The resulting peace and quiet is heavenly! The company was expeditious in returning answers to my emails as well. Very pleased! Thank you CPR!!

I am not seeing any significant drop in the number of unwanted calls, so the 100,000 preloaded blocked numbers must not be the numbers calling. As far as the additional blocked numbers by hitting the block button, I don't think my elderly in-laws are using it or it simply is not working to block calls. The CPR Call Blocker hasn't been working to block the 20 calls per day.

The product does not work properly
The product does not work properly. It seizes my phone line and prevents incoming and outgoing calls. I requested information to return 17 days ago. I have emailed and called with no response. I chatted with a representative 4 days ago and she diagnosed the problem. She created a ticket for the support team and "elevated the issue in their queue." I still have not been contacted for resolution. Do not buy from this company.

You can also manage calls more effectively by adding unwanted area codes or prefixes (like the first 6 digits) into the block list. This lets the device automatically block most nuisance calls from those regions without needing to press the red button every time. It gives you a nice semi-automatic layer of control.

Got box in timely fashion. Block button has added 127 numbers. The preloaded must be for a different region. After manually blocking 127 numbers, medicare scammers are slowing down.

It works but has annoying problems
It works. Set up is remarkably easy. I set it to allow only certain numbers and it blocks all other numbers. BUT, when a blocked number calls, the phone rings once. It’s super annoying having it ring once 30 times a day, but it’s better than ringing several times or having to answer a scam call. Also, allowed numbers cannot be added manually. I tried. The instructions say to dial the number then press the “allow” button. That dials the number, and does not let you add the number to the allow list. To add a number to the allow list, that number has to call, then the number can be added from the call history list. It works, but every number you want to allow has to call first.
With a few design improvements, this would be an excellent product. But as it is, it’s average.
The call blocker is plugged into the main phone line.
