Sales staff was excellent, shipping information was a little messed up! Took about a week to get all the boxes from FedEx so assemble could be completed. Once that took place and assemble was complete the Cyclone rake works excellent!!
One small issue and I do mean small the manual is to small for the pages to be turned so instruction pages rip if you do not open the 3 ring binder.

Easy to get arrived quickly assembly's not bad. It takes a little while but well worth it. The machine works great. Little learning curve because it turns differently but boy does it save you tons of time even days. The thing is amazing and works great. Customer service is awesome. You can't lose! Been using it off and on for a week! And the salesman made the ordering effortless to make sure everything fit my mower!

This is my second cyclone rake my last one I had since 2012 and had great service. This time I was told it would it would ship in 2 days. It was Five days till it shipped. I finally received it today and was missing the collector box and had to call 3 times to get someone to help I was put on hold for 20 minutes and 10 minutes.

I paid over $3k for this thing and because of these issues won’t have it in time to use for the leaves which is the only reason I purchased it.

I ordered a Cyclone Rake on 22 October and, after three separate shipments, still do not have a functional machine. The product itself may work as advertised once fully assembled, but I cannot confirm that because Woodland Power Products’ shipping department has failed so completely that the unit remains incomplete and unusable. The third shipment contained the collector bag and assembly, including an axle that is ten inches too short for the wheel set received earlier. None of the three deliveries included the Deck Connector Mower Deck Adapter (MDA) required for my deck and use of the system. No packing list was provided with any shipment, making it impossible to verify what was supposed to arrive versus what actually did. After the company claimed an MDA had been sent, I confirmed again that no box labeled MDA or containing an MDA was ever delivered. I am now waiting on shipments four and five, with no confidence that these will actually correct the missing and incorrect parts. The entire order has arrived in drips and drabs solely because of the shipping department. I have paid in full and received three shipments (with two more pending), yet I am no closer to having operational equipment than I was the day I ordered—and further deliveries may not resolve the problems. The company sent a link requesting a review. I delayed posting until the machine was usable. At this point, the majority of any review must address the shipping experience, because that is the only part of the process I have fully encountered. Multiple incomplete deliveries, missing critical components (including a paid-for adapter), an incorrect axle, zero packing lists, and the prospect of additional shipments that still may not fix the order is not a minor logistics hiccup. It is a fundamental failure that has prevented me from using the product at all. Until the shipping department is fixed, I cannot recommend Cyclone Rake. The machine may be fine; getting the correct parts for it appears to be optional.

I put together what was shipped but cannot use the Cyclone rake because I did not receive the collection unit or the engineer. Please advise as to when I will receive them.

Shipment only received 7 boxes out of 11. boxes 3, 4, 8, 10 did not receive.boxes were torn parts falling out delivery person did not seem to be concerned he said he got called in for regular driver. He takes picture and said complete delivery. Email that shows this came late around 9 pm no mention of 4 boxes missing. FedEx treats packages badly throwing them around and breaking them open losing parts then your short parts finally got enough boxes to complete collection unit but still no motor suction unit or mda to connect to tractor suppose to be here tomorrow 11/04/2026. But they definitely need to do better on shipping and send everything palletizedwith shrink wrap that will stop getting damaged boxes with all lose parts missing. I would not use FedEx or ups for shipping. Hopefully the motor will arrive undamaged.
Nick called from cyclone rake in regard to all the miss steps and got things on right track great company to do business with the reason I bought a cyclone rake is because my brother has owned one for 15 years no trouble out of it great product.

I was told 7 to 10 days for delivery that the shipment would come on a pallet that I would receive a voicemail. The only thing I received was a email. Saturday, and it said, wait a day for the tracking information Sunday, my boxes are on my doorstep ( not on a pallet). All accept the blower motor. I ordered this thursday during the day. By sunday morning, loose boxes are on my doorstep.

I don't typically leave reviews but I think people who have been struggling for years with yard cleanup really need to check these out.
I purchased mine last year and theres no words to describe how well built these are for one, and how incredibly efficient and powerful these units are.

I have a large wooded yard that I use to use one of those pull behind bags that hooked to my bagger on my rider and the chute would get clogged all the time it was just terrible to say the least. I would have to be out everyday to.keep up just so I wouldn't have to worry about cloggs. And my schedule never allowed me to do so. This project use to take me at least two whole weekends between the yard and landscaping.
It now takes me about six hours total to do the lawn and landscaping. And I only go out twice. This thing does not clog I can blow out my landscaping and use the vacuum attatchment to suck up all the leaves.
I can say without a doubt this is one of the best investments ive ever made. It will save you time, and your back. You might even live longer because you wont have to stress over fall cleanup anymore. Lol.

Easy to order online - product came fast - customer service was great to the point when I was kissing one thing the president drove on a weekend to make it right … highly recommend the product / and the people that stand behind their product

Hi i dealt with Miss Nicole at ext 242.
I had a very positive experience with Miss Nicole. I ordered a new electric start engine for my father in law’s Cyclone rake XL, not because there was a problem with the unit, but because he was not able to pull start the unit anymore, he is 86 years old. I looked at adding an electric start to the unit, which is not possible I found out, no ring gear on flywheel.
So we ordered a new 10 hp engine with electric start.the original 9 hp engine not available anymore.
We received it in 6 days which was wonderful!

I am very impressed by the customer support I have received so far

The tool was easy to assemble, engine/suction is very powerful. The rake itself takes a bit getting used to the way it swings around the back, I found I need to go slow otherwise it can tear up my yard somewhat. My mindset is to go back and forth with the rake on the open areas, and then park it next to the areas I could not easily get to and use the auxiliary hose to get those spots. Making my life much easier.

The company’s quality control is absolutely perfect . The rake went together with no problems. Delivery was great, everything on the pallet was well marked.

I made a phone call to ask a question about payment they told me what and then without asking I was given information on delivery and and so forth and process took about 10 minutes and I was done very pleased with customer service and quickness of service

It seemed to take to long to get the order done. But in fairness they are trying to get the order right.
