Excited to try fasting. Found it confusing to find my basic plan I signed up for. Being bombarded with other offers I can’t afford were disconcerting and I’m still not sure if I’ve signed up for something by mistake

Everything has been positive and encouraging so far. The only thing is that most ppl can’t afford all the extras if they are on a fixed income. They are enticing but too many costs. I do look forward to trying the diet though.

While I'm new to this I'm excited also I've tried keto before so I'm familiar with a lot of the things that need to be done The one thing I don't like is all the extra fees that aren't included in the program I understand they're very helpful but I just can't afford that right now.

I didn't feel over- pressured to buy all the extra bells and whistles. I was informed of them, and could opt out. I want it to be easy to cancel after my 3 month Trial. If I do well, I will not cancel. Been through other programs that are not easy to cancel after the trail period.
