I am so disappointed with my experience…
I am so disappointed with my experience with Julia. This is the first time and also the last time I am buying from them on line. I have ordered a face serum and received a box which was damaged and there was nothing inside. I have contacted their customer service a couple of times but it was very difficult to communicate with them. I gave up in the end. The product was 90 euros with discount but my time and my mental health is more than that.

Order Canceled as Product out of stock, no refund receieved yet
I ordered an Armani Sì Perfume Set (Order: 578PMGAHIQOL, placed on 02/12/2025 at 09:20). At the time of purchase, the website did not indicate that the product was out of stock.
After placing the order, the status showed “we are gathering products from the warehouse” and mentioned a delay. Four days later, I received an email informing me that the order had been cancelled due to unavailability in the warehouse and that the amount would be refunded.
However, it has now been five days since the cancellation, and I have not yet received the refund. I also contacted your support email but have not received any response.
Out-of-stock items should be clearly indicated on the website to avoid such situations. I kindly request confirmation of my refund and information on when I can expect the amount to be credited to my account.

Although there were a few hitches with my online account and the tracking link, I got very quick answers upon contacting the company, and my product arrived in France very quickly and was as ordered

No order or refund resceived. Scam!
I made an order over 1,5 month ago and still did not receive my order. I emailed them several times asking about it and after a while if not getting anywhere with it, I just asked for a refund. Every time they respond they tell me they will check what happened with the transport but they don’t actually give me a ln concrete response and also don’t respond about refunding me! TOTAL SCAM! Do not order from this company

Very disappointed
Very disappointed. First order and I received the wrong perfume. Pickup was organised from my home and I've been waiting for more than 2 weeks. Customer service not very reactive, takes very long to answer and I have no other solution. I need to wait to get my refund, Will not buy from them again. It's cheaper but with all this hassle this becomes expensive - and frustrating. I prefer to pay 20% more elsewhere and have the right item delivered, on time.

DON'T BUY FROM THEM! SCAM!!!!
I ordered a product on May 9th, it was a Thursday and I needed it to be delivered by Sunday, for Mother's Day here in Italy. I knew it wasn't possible, but I checked and they offered express delivery for 7.50€ and the carrier would be DHL, so I went on with my purchase.
I get an email saying that the products were handed to DHL and I just had to wait. The days have passed and I contacted Beauty Julia a couple of times and.. NO ANSWER!! I've reached out directly to DHL and they told me it would take 5 to 15 working days to deliver my order. Are we serious?? I payed 7.50€ for an express delivery that never happened in the first place and they never replied to me. 10 days have passed and I feel like a fool.
NEVER BUYING FROM THEM AGAIN, THEY ARE NOT SERIOUS AND I WASTED 7.50€ IN THE GARBAGE + THEIR CUSTOMER SERVICE IS NON EXISTENT, I HOPE THAT BY WRITING THIS REVIEW SOMEONE WILL CONTACT ME AND SETTLE THIS SITUATION, OTHERWISE I WILL GO THROUGH LEGAL WAYS.
EDIT: They replied to this review but no one reached out to me yet. Yesterday I sent two other emails with no reply. Is this a joke to you?
