I did not want to write this review as I have been quite angry and upset with your service regarding a an item i wanted to returm to you.
You basically emailed me to say you would not accept the shoes back even though i had been honest with you why i wanted to send them back. Go back through the emails to understand what I am advising you about.
I will not order anything from you again and I thought i had severed my tie with you, but again your system and principles do not stick.
You won't improve your service because you don't realy know your audience, so time and further disgruntled customers will be your come uppence.
I don't deny I have had some realy good buys from you but this last incident I felt you had shut the door in my face.
It's your conscience you have to live with not mine.
Please don't contact me again.
