Lots of miscommunication during…
Lots of miscommunication during renewal.
I have regular coverage for my esthetics practice and AMI coverage for my tattoo business. Since they are two companies and each branch covers different things they don't speak to each other very well. I get notices from ASCP about lack of payment for AMI. When I click on the link, it shows that I have already paid. When I send proof of payment to ASCP, I hear nothing back. It's extremely frustrating. There needs to be changes in the future. Also, ASCP does monthly payments and it auto renews AMI does quarterly payments and does not auto renew.

We're actively working on improving payment timing and communication between the two so this kind of mismatch doesn't keep happening.
