I enrolled in the insurance around June 14 or 15th, and I still have not received my certificate or any other information. I've called two times for them to send it out again they keep saying they've sent it out and I still have not received the information so it really does put a bad taste in my mouth.

Your Certificate of Insurance (COI) is available online at any time through your account, so you can access and download it whenever you need it. Physical copies sent by mail can take up to two weeks to arrive.

The process to get insured is very easy and every person that I have spoken to has been very patient and professional. Will continue to use ASCP!
