Love love love the pillow cases. I have reordered several times and even given them as gifts. One more ... take care of them in the washer and dryer. I had one come apart along the zipper.

I love Blissy’s pillow cases. Having the zipper helps to keep the pillow case in place. I also think the pillow cases are durable. However, I do not love the pillow price.

It's gentle on silk pillow cases, sheets and all hand wash delicates.

The Blissy pillow case faded with washing and did not hold its structure.

This pillowcase is a complete waste of money. The fabric is cut too short resulting in a pillowcase too small for a standard-sized pillow. Forcing a pillow into a space that is too tight leaves no room for air to circulate, and the pillow design is often ruined leaving an uncomfortable pillow. This is the first time a pillowcase has ever made my face sweat! On top of that, the fabric lost its sheen and looked dull after just a couple of gentle washings. I threw my Blissy pillowcase in the trash because it didn't create bliss—it caused frustration and sweat. Despite all the flashy advertising, The Blissy pillowcase turned out to be a cascade of disappointments.

I recently purchased a set of two pillowcases and carefully followed the washing instructions, hand-washing them with mild soap. Unfortunately, I noticed that one of the pillowcases has developed a rip.

The pillowcases have not been used regularly, so I’m quite disappointed to find this damage, particularly as I had recommended these products to family and friends.
I reached out to Blissy and all they did was provide a discount code. Quite disapointing given that the product itself is quite expensive.

I love my blissy pillow cases, I'm very protective of them so no one else takes them, I'm the only woman in this house and I have t he long hair I'm trying to protect from damage with the s e wonderful silk pillow cases. They are comfortable and very gentle on hair and face while sleeping. I ❤️ love them and continue to whorde them from the men snd boys in my house! Lol!

The silk pillow cases are the best around.

Great eye masks. Nice soft material and top quality. Comes in a nice box with a bag to keep it safe. I bought several and plan to buy more. They are very comfortable. Lots of color options. Excellent customer service.

As a loyal customer for many years, I was astounded to receive an eye mask with little elasticity in the head band. It slides all over my head during the night and stays nowhere near my eyes.
So I emailed Blissy confident that they would respond. Three times up until this week. Nothing, no acknowledgement, no reply. Well, there are many other outlets selling premium silk products and which have decent customer support.
Goodbye, Blissy, I must leave you. You do not deserve my loyalty.

Our silk pillow cases have worn well. They wash beautifully in the mesh bag I purchased.and I hang them to dry. My hair is thinning and I believe my pillow cases have have protected by hair. My husband and I love our pillow cases.

Great customer service and lovely products. I wish the prices were cheaper.

What a disappointment. The website “sale” made me believe I was getting 4 pillowcases not one. The instagram ads were also misleading. They do not pay for returns and there’s no way I’m spending $87 on one pillowcase! Quince sells mulberry silk for much less and has great customer service.

Both pillowcases I ordered frayed badly at the zip after less than 13 months. They had been washed according to instructions. Blissy refused to replace them stating a 12 month guarantee even though they were only a week or two past this deadline. I would never order from them again and suggest if you spot any damage on the seams report it as early as possible. Having a zip seam on silk is a product design flaw as it creates an area of stress which is likely to damage the silk.

Love their products but it’s a little pricey.
