Facebook had a promotion of 55% off the price of pillowcases from Blissy. I was charged $172 AUD for two pillowcases which I cancelled on seeing the price, but they still sent the box. I have asked to return the pillowcase box (not opened) and they insist it has to go with Fed X which will cost me $109 at the cheapest, then I have to wait 60 days for them to refund the $172 charged at 55% off the price. I did not realise they were a scam. Any advice.

My favorite pillowcases. I used Blissy pillowcase to all my pillows.

I initially placed my order on 27th May. I had confirmation of the order but no other communication from the company. I eventually found out (not from Blissy) that the product had been returned to sender.
I contacted their Customer Services explaining this and received a very short reply. I reordered the item, as it was a gift for my Mother, on 3rd July. Yet again no updates. When I queried as to why I was informed that due to the high volume of orders they were unable to manage any update. I find this incredible to believe. I have since checked on Shop it says the order does not exist. I have, over the years,ordered many pillowcases from Blissy without any problems and their product is without doubt amazing. I have emailed Customer Services again in the hope of getting some clarity.

Love the products and I have purchased many.

Love the feel, amazing. However three of 12 orders have ripped across the seam. We wash in the bags provided on handwashing or delicate, hang dry and walk on eggshells as we carefully zip. One replacement provided. For the price tag probably won’t order again.

I have bought several items and I never get tired of the feeling of silk when I lay my head on my (silk) pillow cases. Not only do they feel great but they are cool in the heat of summer and great for your skin.

The quality of these silk pillow cases is superb. I sleep on them every night and even take them traveling with me. I just unzip and place it over the hotel pillowcase. As a silver curly girl, the Blissy pillow case keeps my hair smooth and soft.

I love the sheets. So soft. I ordered two sets. My grandson grabbed one of them. He’s happy also. We love the dark gray color also.

I ordered hair shiny scrunchies in different colors and they’re my favorite ones. They’re made soo well and don’t stretch out.

Blissy is the BEST!!! Just one problem… I’m STILL WAITING For Them to MAKE BED SHEETS!! I want them sooo bad!!! It has made such a difference in my hair being frizzy and my face is clearer… my whole family uses them!!! They are fantastic!!!

This company's response with delivery was good. I've enjoyed my pillowcases, as well as chose to give some from holiday presents during Christmas 2025.
