The easiest customer service to work with !!!
Working with Rejuva fresh has been so easy and effortless. I manage, work and own my aesthetics clinic and I started with their devices which work exceptionally well.
I’ve had a few bumps a long the way with some parts but a simple text to Kevin is all it takes and he asks questions and talks to their engineering team and comes up with the solution and within a few a days, new parts with detailed videos are in my inbox!
When the process is so simple to get help, I don’t see a reason to consider other companies.
Products work great and my patients see true results.

The machine is good, I had an issue with one component (it didn't work) but they were really responsive and sent another one right away. Every time I needed something, they responded so I'm happy about that. I think it was a good purchase. So far, I'm happy with it.

Feels Like a SCAM — Cheap China Machine, Leaking Handle, No Suction
I recently bought the HYDRA Perfection MD from Rejuva Fresh, and honestly I’m really upset. I’m not usually the type to leave a bad review, but this machine has been a huge disappointment. The hydro handle keeps leaking water during treatment, and the suction basically does not work at all. I tried reconnecting everything, checking the tubes, and adjusting the settings, but nothing fixed it. I finally had someone come take a look at the machine, and after opening it up, we found that the parts inside were made in China. That is not what I expected at all based on how this machine is advertised. They make it sound like it is USA quality or imported from Germany and Japan, but what I saw inside looked like China-made parts. If I wanted that, I could have bought a similar machine directly from China for much cheaper. I paid more because I expected a professional, high-quality spa machine, but what I got was a leaking hydro handle, no real suction, and parts that do not match the premium image they are selling. For the price, this feels like a scam to me. Very disappointed, and I would not recommend this machine based on my experience.
