Very disappointing delivery experience
I waited almost 10 days for my order, only for DHL to suddenly return it due to an alleged “address error”. My address was completely correct, including my name, phone number, building name and apartment number (406).
According to the tracking history, the shipment had already completed import customs clearance in Japan, left the import parcel center, and was even loaded onto a delivery vehicle before being marked as undeliverable.
Neither DHL nor Apohealth contacted me to verify the address before returning the parcel.
I understand that shipping problems can happen, but this should have been resolved by contacting the customer instead of simply returning the package after almost 10 days of waiting.
I am currently waiting for Apohealth to investigate the issue with DHL and provide a solution.
