Avoid this site. It is pure dropshipping with customer service to match. Products and packaging are the same as AliExpress. I lost 69 CHF for nothing. The parcel arrived after weeks, just an envelope with no tracking, and it was the wrong item. Customer service closed the ticket and stopped replying, so my money is gone. They claim returns are possible, BUT only with gift vouchers, and even if it’s their mistake the return shipping is at the customer’s expense and that only if they accept the return...

I wanted to return a phone case, simply because I didn't like it. I chose to have a voucher instead of getting back my money as I knew I am going to need a new case for my new phone anyway. I received the voucher which worth more than what I spend originally on the case. When I wanted to use it, I forgot that I haven't activated my bank app on my new phone and my purchase was cancelled. I lost my voucher. Then I wrote an email to the customer service and they sorted out everything in an hour, I received a new voucher without any problem. My new case is now on the way. And moreover they didn't even want me to send back the old item!

Too kind! Did not need to send back my item and still receiving a refund. Finding it hard to accept, but it is definitely a great gesture to help minimise CO2 emissions.

I bought the wrong cover for ipad. Returned it as instructed but never got the money. It looks like a scam.

I ordered the wrong product. It was delivered overnight (great!). I contacted apfelkiste that I wanted to return the product. In 48 hours I got feedback: I got a voucher and I do not have to return the product. The amount on the voucher was even rounded up! This is what I call great customer service while taking into account the environmental impact of shipping products back and forth. Simply excellent customer service!

Super, I was really shocked, because I wrongly ordered a gadget and wanted to return it. They told me I could keep it or give it out as a present to someone else. At first the email was kind of strange but I understood the logic behind it. It's because of the CO2 preservation.
