We bought two camera protector for IPhone 14 Pro which broke within days of installing. Not only did they not do anything regarding the faulty products but they erased the (bad) review on their website.

Apfelkiste relies on its payment processing on Availabill. The latter claims that the costs for payment reminders EXPLICITLY stated in the Apfelkiste terms of service are not valid(!) and that ANY(!) cost Availabill claims to have incurred need to be paid by the costumer. No need for a legal education to understand that such a claim is illegal and essentially a scam. If a very own partner of Apfelkiste, questions Apfelkiste contractual terms, how can you trust it?

Great customer service, I have ordered 2 of the small adapters by mistaker and ask to return one, they have given me a voucher and let me keep the part to avoid unecessary shipping. This is so neat and appreciated! super quick delivery and selection! happily again!

This is an opinion about a purchase from 2 months ago, fortunately I will never buy here again, but I thought it should be reflected here so that people know where they buy. After not sending any payment document, you will get the unpleasant surprise that you have to pay almost double what the mobile cover costs as a penalty.... I sent an email to send me a payment document and they cannot They say that the charges are made by another company... Of course, communicating by email with these people is like talking to a wall, the only answer is that they do not charge, that they do not know anything and that they are not responsible... CONCLUSION : After several years buying on this website, one less customer... Sad company policy. One star is too much, they deserve 0........for when 0 stars for people like that?

must have ordered about 80+ Screens, delivered in 1 day most of the time.

1 thing which I'm missing - is that their is no way to translate the website, german only :(

I bought an Apple Pro 11 inch Ipad. I need a cover, so ordered one from Afpfelkiste. It arrive fast and fitted perfectly on my new Ipad. I thought I would then order a 2 metre cable. This also arrived promptly. Unfortunatey, I ordered the wrong one. I got in touch to find out the return system and was told I could keep the cable and I was given a refund. I have now ordered the correct cable (I hope). Thank you Apfelkiste for your help.

Apfelkiste does not give refunds, as they kind-of advertise on their website. They only issue a credit at their store. Would have been nice to know that before I ordered a product. Who does that these days? Next time I will stick with a "normal" store who always issues full refunds without questions.

Excellent customer service

Great Company with great prices. Never had any trouble if the wrong goods are ordered either return (if of significant value) or keep and accept a voucher for the value to avoid the costs of a return.
Everything they have sent me has been as good quality as original or even better.

Was the worst client service... returning something is almost impossible even you describe why you want to return, than you pay everything and they continue sending more money for you pay i wrote them and until today nobody answer me... they have great products but just that....

The only start given is for the fast delivery. Opposite to many of the comments placed here mine are negative:
- The refund is provided only as a bonus on your customer account. This is the ONLY option available in the return form and you MUST select it
- your return must be approved by them before you are eligible to physically dispatch the goods. So, in fact the return is conditioned to their decision

If you name this a 'good client service' I want to be far from what can be considered a bad one.

Fast delivery, efficient on customer related requests and customer focused on the responses. I love buying here!

I wish the website could be translated in French or at least in English because you have really nice products and after sales services. But for now I’ll continue to use “Deepl” or Google Translate haha.

I had a problem with my order, unfortunately I requested the wrong item. They immediately sent me a voucher to order a new one without even reclaiming the wrong product. Excellent, simple and efficient service.

Quick delivery and quick support. Reasonable prices on top. Ordered several times and always been fully satisfied.
