Paid in Bitcoin – still pending, no response

At this point, this honestly feels like a scam.

I paid for a VPS with Bitcoin, and the transaction was successfully completed. Despite this, my order is still showing as "Pending", and I have not received the server I paid for.

I have contacted the staff through both "live chat and support tickets", but I have received "no response".

I have also provided them with the "Bitcoin transaction ID (TXID)" so they can easily verify that the payment was sent and completed.

Still nothing. No server, no activation, and no reply from support.

I will update this review if they actually deliver the VPS I paid for, but right now I cannot recommend this company.

SCAM! I buy VPS 1 week ago, he have status pending 7 days! Live chat not aviable! Ticket support not response!

Scammer. It's been over one month and they didn't even provided me a service.

Took my money, ignores tickets, service still not activated. No live chat or support ticket replies.

Avoid at all costs.

absolute scam. i bought MULTIPLE vms from these cretin and they shut off your server any time they send out a bill even though the bill is not due for several weeks! i have had the server just turn off randomly too - absolute trash service.

I purchased a VM from AnonVM and regret it completely. After payment, my service has been stuck on "pending" status with no explanation or timeline for activation. I've tried reaching out multiple times, but there's no live chat available and I can't even open a support ticket. It feels like once they have your money, customer service simply disappears. I wouldn't recommend this host to anyone, if you're considering AnonVM, look elsewhere. This has been the worst hosting experience I've ever had.

i bought a vps and it was pending for a while and i made a ticket and after an hour or so they deleted my account

I made a payment 5 days ago and haven't received anything. I think this website is a scam. I tried contacting support and they never responded.

I purchased a VPS from anonvm.wtf and completed payment successfully through their website.

After payment was confirmed, the VPS remained in "Pending" status and was never provisioned. I opened support tickets and waited for a response, but no one replied to my requests.

As of writing this review, I have paid $18.95 USD (Invoice #11107, Transaction ID: 5209709123) and have received neither the service I purchased nor any meaningful support from the company.

I have screenshots of the invoice, payment confirmation, pending service status, and unanswered support tickets.

Based on my experience, I cannot recommend this provider. Be cautious before sending money to this company, as I paid for a service that was never delivered.

Paid for a KVM-START service. The payment was successful. The service was pending for hours and no invoice was sent to my email (I can see it only in the billing tab). Because of urgency I bought a second service, PAID, got this time the receipt on my email but the service is AGAIN pending... Sent tickets, used the built in chat.. nobody ever answered.

Total scam. Any service you purchase stays on "Pending" status forever and all the customer service chats are just facade, no one ever answered.

The ordered products remain pending without any information on the activation/deployment timeframe. The website offers instant messaging, but no one ever seems to be online. More transparency and an estimated delivery time would be appreciated.

Not reliable at all! I paid a month in advance and they removed my site without any explanation, ignoring my open support tickets… They’re scammers!

SUPPORT WON'T RESPONSE FOR MORE THAN 1 WEEK

99% Certain its a scam or just the worst possible support imaginable. I figured this was a bit of a suspicious host based on reviews but figured I'd order anyway since some people had luck. Its been over 30 hours since I've paid and had no response to my ticket asking why I have no access. My product still shows as 'pending'. I suppose they needed my $11 more than me but its okay if I stop someone else from being scammed.

Scam. Not being able to answer why is server not able. Just pushed a blilling back from april to march then blocked all my ips.
Server was working for about... 9 hours. I even didn't mentioned that pending was 1.5 hours.
MESS. Worst service
