The VPS in question was suspended due to a violation of our Terms of Service, which all users agree to upon ordering. We enforce these rules strictly to ensure the stability and security of our infrastructure and all customers.

As mentioned previously, our services are digital products and non-refundable once deployed, as per our refund policy. No unauthorized charges have been made — any payments attempted are tied to open invoices generated by the system for services the user manually initiated or failed to cancel.

If you believe there was any misuse of your payment method, we strongly advise contacting your bank and opening a dispute through the proper channels. We are also happy to cooperate with any financial institution or law enforcement agency to resolve the matter transparently.

We remain committed to fair business practices and take abuse of our platform very seriously.

Regarding the network speed — our nodes are connected to a 10 Gbps shared uplink. This means the bandwidth is distributed among all users on the same node, which is a common industry practice for VPS hosting. Actual speeds can vary depending on current usage and network load.

All invoices are system-generated based on active services or unpaid renewals. We do not charge users arbitrarily, and any concerns about billing or accounts can always be addressed by contacting our support team.
