The service is great and the the products are not bad.

I have received the rug and we are enjoying having it in our house. It arrived timely and was beautifully packaged. Your customer service has been the best I have ever seen and is much appreciated. I am not an expert although I do have about 10 Persian and Oriental rugs of varying sizes and the Kazak rug purchased from ALRUG is a very nice quality rug. The pattern, symmetrics and colors are excellent and light side/dark side contrast is very evident, which to me is a good indication of quality. Overall, I feel I received a good value and I will pass along the name of your business to anyone I know that is in the market for a fine rug.

wonderful rug, fast service

It took two weeks for the rug to be shipped after I ordered it, but that inconvenience was compensated for by the rug itself: it is beautiful, exactly as described, has a deep pile and a luxurious feel. I did not wish to transact business with PayPal and the company accepted my order over the phone. And they gave me a significant discount. Once the rug was shipped it arrived at my home in two days. The rug delights me every time I see it, so, five stars.

Have their rugs since a number of years now, already spread previous purchases with friends and family throughout Europe. Excellent selection and you can get down to the source and understand the history of the rug you are actually interested in!
