Ptoducts are very expenisve. Long delivery. I didn't know that my order will come from China.
I like the silk bonnet. Heatless curler is not the best quality. The rod is very hard and stiff which is not great for the hair. Soft curler would be a lot better.

Very bad quality of Pajama
The quality of pajama set is really disappointing. After just one month of use, two buttons have already torn off, and a third one is about to come off as well. Threads have started coming loose in several places, and the pants have even ripped.
What makes it worse is that the pajama set is actually oversized on me. I carefully checked their size chart and chose the recommended size, but when it arrived, it turned out to be bigger than expected. At first, I thought that was fine, but considering the loose fit, I definitely did not expect it to start falling apart so quickly.
I also bought their special hand-washing liquid and followed the care instructions, washing the pajama set by hand the entire time. Unfortunately, that clearly did not help. Considering the price, the quality is extremely poor, and I really regret this purchase, really, 150 euros for this?!

I reached out to customer service when I noticed a tracking error, and they replied to me promptly and offered a discount/refund to make up for the error. The responses from Lydia were timely, friendly, and we were able to resolve the issue. Also, the pants I received were gorgeous.
