I purchased an Advent Calendar of (by their description) you build each gift one brick at a time. The truth is that these brick "kits" are nothing more than chunks of soft plastic made to look on the package and online as if they were made of lego-like bricks. Total misrepresentation. Very disappointed. They are untrustworthy. This is the "Mini Christmas Brick Ornament Advent Calendar 2026" on the landing page of their website.

They helped me redeem some points that I got from buying something else (their registration/login system is broken). The wallet itself is very nice and holds what I need, and can’t really notice it when sitting. They didn’t refund as much money as the points I had available, but I’m assuming it’s because the wallet was also on sale.

Everything about ordering was made super easy…I made a special order request for a plane not listed on their website and they were super fast to respond and tell me they could do it! It came out looking better than I had expected! Absolutely love it! This is the 2nd time I’ve ordered from them. If we end up with a 3rd pilot in the family I’ll happily buy another!

What an excellent experience. Max was such a pleasure to work with on my custom wallet designs. I ordered two custom pilot wallets (one for myself and one for my son). Max was super responsive and helped me pick the right material. Once we locked in the material and logo, the wallets arrived super fast in the mail!!! The quality and build was exactly what I was looking for. I’m extremely happy with my purchase. Highly Recommend!!!

I ordered a wallet with engraving, was charged for a wallet with engraving, got a plain wallet. I called their support number, but it doesn’t work, it just takes you to a voicemail box that you can’t leave a message for.

Update: The wallet WAS engraved afterall, it just was done so very faintly (and the leather I chose has some texture so you have to have it in the right light to see). The wallet is fine, I wouldn’t pay for engraving if I knew what I was getting. Quick response from the company after I posted this was appreciated, though I still wish they had a proper greeting and voicemail box on their “support” phone number. I wouldn’t have left a bad review if I had an inkling that it was a legit company interested in helping resolve my issue.

They said my order went through but never shipped my order. Also I didn’t know I could add engraving until after my order was submitted. I’ve had no updates on my order since I’ve placed it.

I reached out by email to ask about a product and I received a response within minutes. Great customer service and super helpful. High quality product meets my needs and expectations. Overall a really easy and quick experience ordering from them.

This website is a scam website. Don’t put any of your details or sensitive information in this website as no it’s acting that they are. Argos didn’t have any kind of program with this kind of. Rewards program is this kind of valuable gifts it’s not logical to collect iPhone 17 for the price of a
£8 and then all happen that you find yourself by paying this £8 for subscription of shit application oh shit game they are not honest. Argos had to protect its brand.

Overall a good experience. Exploring the website to choose various options was more challenging than I expected but a phone call was quickly answered by someone who spoke and understood English and answered my questions and even assisted me in applying a discount I missed. The shipping was a bit longer than I expected and while the quality of the ProII was good, honestly I would recommend stepping up to a higher quality leather.
