Ed told us he has a learning disability but I have to say he has to be severe special needs or something.

To cancel account all you need to do is go to billing and click cancel. 2.5 million people use the software and it doesnt take a rocket scientists to cancel. Because he told us he has a learning disability we canceled it for him. He contacted us on June 11th and it was canceled same day. Then he proceeds to do disputes on all payments going back 6 months.

Then contacts us every week since saying he wants to cancel.

Ed is the real scammer. His business makes no money and is a complete failure. If you want to take business advice from him then you will go down the same broke path.

You can send unlimited emails & texts, get free toll-free numbers, free pone call minutes, free SMS AI, free website hosting, free SSL certificates, free reputation management, free automated social media posting & more.

Also in video below we show someone who wrote a negative review & then told us he was on drugs at the time. He said he blacked out for 2 days & didn't remember writing the review. See the problem there? I am sure some people took his advice. Is that someone you would take business & marketing advice from? Someone who never built a successful business & takes drugs & blacks out for 2 days. Crazy right?

One of the hardest things to do is launch a successful business. What makes it worse is information overload online with a lot of contradicting information & most people have no clue what to believe.

Statistics show that most negative reviews are either fake or exaggerated & only a small percentage of happy customers write reviews.

90% of companies fail, which means the majority of people have never built a successful business. The worst thing you can do is take business & marketing advice from people that fail at business.

If the majority of people fail then the majority of online advice is wrong.

Think about that for a second. Most entrepreneurs are getting advice from struggling & failed business owners & many of them write fake reviews because they blame others for their failures.

Successful entrepreneurs only take advice from people more successful than them or from people they personally know & trust that are further down the road.

I personally sold 9 companies, partnered with a Shark from Shark Tank & do business with another Shark, made the Inc. 5000 list of fastest growing private companies 7 times, partnered with IBM, Intel, AT&T, HP, 1800Flowers & worked with over 10,000 small businesses over the last 30 years.

The last thing I would ever do is read online reviews about marketing my business from random people online that never built a successful business.

The absolute worst person to take advice from is the person that blames others for their failures which is exactly who you would be listening to if you believed this fake review.

If you want to build a successful business you need to learn from people already doing it at a high level.

Stay away, bait and switch, always up selling (seem ponzi like)

Stay away. They promise the world but don’t deliver.

I purchased what was pitched as a lifetime package in 2024. I used the CRM occasionally but didn’t start using it regularly until September 2025, once I finally understood its capabilities.

The CRM itself is built for generic, simple marketing tasks. If you need anything tailored to your specific business niche, you’ll have to pay for add-ons to build it out. You might as well go straight to GoHighLevel instead or other crm pre-built for your business niche.

I was never billed monthly, even after multiple support requests that Phil and his team did fulfill — like list uploads and fixing contact imports from Meta ad campaigns. Then in May, while everything was running on autopilot, my account was frozen without explanation. It took 2 days to get a reply to my support ticket. They said I owed for almost a year, but would “only” charge me for 5 months.

I don’t understand how a company lets a service run for months with an unpaid balance, then freezes the account with no warning. After nearly 2 weeks with zero access to current client data, I had no choice but to *pay the ransom* just to get my business back online and service my clients.

Now Phil is leaving 1-star reviews on my business. Looking closer, his various profiles only leave 1-star reviews — on businesses that had experiences like mine, or worse.

The “unlimited” calling and texting is misleading. They’ll limit usage without warning, or freeze your account and leave you stranded. Stay clear.

Edit. In response to Phil's reply.

Let’s stick to facts. You never mentioned spamming in any communication. The only reason given after I reached out was “unpaid monthly fees.”

You’re right that covering thousands in comms costs for a few hundred upfront makes no sense. That’s literally your business model.

And you can’t claim a “shark” pays for everyone’s usage while also saying it’s not profitable for you. Both can’t be true.

Edit 2:

History isn’t being rewritten — your explanation is. No “spamming” mention until after the freeze. Only reason given was “unpaid monthly fees.”

You sold lifetime in 2024. I’m not the only one. Others posted their experiences, some taking legal action.

I paid the ransom to restore access. My bank reviewed it and reversed the charges due to the ransom situation.

If “pay once, we cover usage forever” doesn’t work, don’t sell it. Suspending access, like the scumbag you are, for 2 weeks isn’t “value.”

It's interesting how some people rewrite history to fit their narrative.

Ricardo's account was suspended because he was spamming and we explained that multiple times.

We also never advertised or sold a lifetime account. Our business model has always been based on paying our customers marketing usage costs every month. Think about it, why would any company collect a one time payment and then agree to pay a customers monthly usage forever?

Doesnt take a genius to understand that business model doesnt work.

Our platform is a white label of GoHighLevel. The difference is that we cover our customers usage costs, including services that many other providers bill separately.

In Ricardos case, he paid us hundreds of dollars while we covered more than $2,000 in usage costs on his behalf. Most people would look at that and recognize they received significant value.

Then the scumbag did a dispute on all payments.

The facts are straightforward. We delivered the software, covered substantial usage costs and the account was suspended because of spam related activity, not because the platform failed to work as described.

Don’t Buy

Just look at the tonality and response to various 1 star reviews from “ALLINONEMARKETING” staff, the pattern of reports of deceptive business practices, and how difficult they try to make it to contact them while concealing their real address. They have a Karen who hides his name responding to reviews and can’t afford quality customer service. Word of advice: “Spend a little extra and avoid all the conflict.”

BILLING FRAUD, Charged $582 for Closed Account, False Advertising, Data Hostage Threats

WARNING TO ALL GHL USERS:

All In One Marketing (AIOM) charged me $582 for a 4-month period when my account was CLOSED with zero access. When challenged, their story kept changing first "3 months," then "5 months." The math doesn't work either way: 3 months at $97/month = $291, not $582.

FALSE ADVERTISING:

Their website says "unlimited SMS." My account had a 500/month cap. That's textbook false advertising and an FTC violation.

DENYING THE DEAL THEY SOLD:

I purchased lifetime access for $150. Now they claim "we never offered that" despite my transaction records proving otherwise. They're denying a product they sold to justify recurring charges I never authorized.

RETALIATION:

After disputing the $582, they charged me AGAIN this month and paused my account again. When I mentioned filing a chargeback, their response: "If you plan on doing a dispute then we will just delete your account." They're holding my business data hostage to prevent me from exercising consumer rights.

ACTIONS TAKEN:
✅ Chargeback filed with bank
✅ FTC complaint filed (reportfraud.ftc.gov)
✅ NY Attorney General complaint filed
✅ BBB complaint filed
✅ GoHighLevel notified of reseller misconduct

I'm coordinating with other victims experiencing the same pattern. This violates NY General Business Law § 349 (Deceptive Practices), § 350 (False Advertising), breach of contract, unjust enrichment, and FTC Act § 5.
IF YOU'RE AN AIOM CUSTOMER:

Export all your GHL data immediately
Check statements for unauthorized charges during paused periods

Contact GHL support directly to request direct transfer
File complaints if this happened to you too

DO NOT SIGN UP WITH AIOM. There are reputable GHL resellers who don't charge for closed accounts, don't advertise "unlimited" while delivering "limited," don't deny deals they sold, and don't threaten data deletion over billing disputes.

This isn't a billing mistake, it's documented fraud. I gave them multiple chances to resolve this professionally. Their response: deny, change the story, charge again, threaten my data.

Status: Chargeback in progress, regulatory investigations filed, legal consultation underway.

VERDICT: AVOID AT ALL COSTS.

Stay Away - I purchased All In One Marketing…

I purchased All In One Marketing because the sales page made it sound like a simple, all-inclusive CRM and marketing platform where email, SMS, phone usage, funnels, automations, and setup were all included in a straightforward way.

That is not what I experienced.

The biggest issue is the way they advertise “free” or “unlimited” usage. The marketing creates the impression that usage is covered because a company/Shark credit card is on file and the customer does not have to pay for emails, text messages, or CRM usage. But once inside the platform, I found a much more complicated reality. There were limits, conditions, feature restrictions, references to customer billing information, and terms saying accounts can be moved to a SaaS model where the customer pays usage costs.

That is a major problem. If usage is only “free” until the company decides it is no longer profitable, or if certain features require customer billing details, or if SMS/email/phone usage has restrictions, that needs to be stated clearly before someone buys - not buried, contradicted, or explained after the fact.

The refund policy was also confusing. The sales page promoted a 7-day refund guarantee, but support messaging did not match that clearly. I was told there was no refund for the promotion, while other parts of the terms referenced refund rights with conditions tied to setup. That made the refund process feel inconsistent and unreliable.

The setup service was another disappointment. It was presented like a real setup service, but what I encountered felt more like filling out a form so information could be pushed into the system. That is not the same as hands-on implementation support.

Overall, my issue is not that a CRM has limits or that usage-based services cost money. The issue is that All In One Marketing markets the offer one way, but the actual platform, terms, support answers, and setup process tell a different story.

I did eventually receive a refund after escalation, but I would not recommend this company based on the experience. The advertising, refund language, usage claims, and setup service descriptions need to be much clearer and more honest.

----

Update from their reply. If you can see they clearly have no honor in their business and they just continue to provide lame excuses and ignore the facts that were brought up. Therefore, my review is unchanged. Them stating "a negative reviewer admitted they were on drugs at the time" is irrelevant to this and shows how desperate they are. Their company is, in my opinion, not worth the energy, effort, or money. Do not deal with them. You've been warned.

The last thing I would ever do is read online reviews about marketing my business from random people online that never built a successful business & don't even have the expertise to run a successful business.

In the late 90s when I started my first company, I made the exact same mistake. I listened to the wrong people.

People that had no success. People that talked big but had no results. People giving opinions instead of real world experience.

Guess what happened? I went nowhere fast. I was following the same path they followed, which was failure.

Then one day I realized something that changed my life.

If I wanted different results, I needed to learn from different people. I needed to stop listening to people that never built anything successful & start learning from people actually winning in business.

That is when everything changed. Most entrepreneurs stay stuck because they keep taking advice from the wrong people.

The absolute worst person to take advice from is the person that blames others for their failures which is exactly who you would be listening to if you believed this fake review.

If you want to build a successful business you need to learn from people already doing it at a high level.

REFUND ME MY $986 YOU POCKETED WITHOUT PROVIDING ME A DAMN SERVICE

On June 13, 2025, this predatory bait-and-switch organization charged me $194, $297, and $495, a total of $986, respectively, to handle all things marketing for my start-up, including but not limited to CRM, websites, ad campaigns, ad videos, email campaigns, etc. During my 2nd meeting with their rep (within the 1st 3 days post payment), which lasted for less than 15 minutes, it became obvious that they're con artists. Hence, I requested a full refund of my money immediately, just as their fake-ass video guaranteed a no-questions-asked refund. He politely accepted and told me that they will email me a link to complete the refund request on their online portal and that they'll refund me in full within 3-5 business days after I submit the completed form. I received the form in my old deactivated business email and immediately completed everything as required and within their refund timelines. However, from last year till today, I never received my money back. Hence, earlier this year I had to report to my bank, and they provided me a temporary credit. However, recently my bank reversed the credit, meaning that these conmen may have lied to them. I reached back out to them again, and they texted me to reach out to their refunds team to refund me but never provided their contact info. Well, I reached out to their email ID that sends me predatory emails, but no one responded to me till today. NOTE THAT AFTER YOU SUBMITTED THEIR ONLINE FORM FOR THE REFUND, YOU NEVER RECEIVED ANY ACKNOWLEDGEMENT EMAIL; THAT'LL TELL YOU THE NEXT STEPS AND WAITING TIMES HE VERBALLY GAVE ME, AND THAT SET-UP IS DONE ON PURPOSE TO AVERT THE VICTIMS FROM PROVIDING A PAPER TRAIL OF THEIR COMPLETED REFUND FORMS. THIS IS 10 MONTHS NOW SINCE THEY PROMISED TO REFUND ME ALL MY MONEY IN FULL BUT NEVER DID TILL THIS MOMENT. SO, NOW, I HAVE TO FILE A LAWSUIT, AS THIS SCAM IS NOW OBVIOUSLY REAL. Note that all the details are not even captured herein...However, I am available to answer any questions. FINALLY, PER MY PERSONAL EXPERIENCES: BREACH OF AGREEMENT, DECEPTIVE COMMUNICATION, FALSE ADVERTISING, AND LACK OF ACCOUNTABILITY WITH THIS DISHONEST ORGANIZATION, I SERIOUSLY DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS BUSINESS/COMPANY FOR ANY SERVICES; EVEN IF THEY OFFERED IT FREE TO YOU, RUN, FORREST, RUN!

All in one marketing is a scam! DO NOT PURCHASE

All in one marketing is a scam. IF I CAN SAVE 1 PERSON FROM PURCHASING THIS, IT WILL BLESS THEM GREATLY! They claim they provide you with service, they upsell you a 1k or more program to help set up your system. This service only lets you get 30 minutes of assistance at a time. Half the time their services do not work and they need to contact support, which eats up your time. The consultants are rude and impatient. They increased the cost of the program after I was supposed to be locked into a quarterly billing. They changed it to monthly without permission. They offered a cancellation, however, this is after I've already spent 1k on the additional program for assisting with setting up the CRM. It took over 4 months to set up the CRM, and then they charged me $400 per year at first, then went to $1200. per year. They are big scammers. DO NOT SPEND YOUR MONEY! Just do everything through AI. When I asked for a refund after canceling the program, they never responded. I will continue this campaign until I get a refund. TV and Radio will be next,

If you buy the $997 program, check your account within 7 days, that they are not billing $97 without your knowledge.

If you buy the $997 program, check your account within 7 days, that they are not billing $97 without your knowledge.

I purchased the $997 program because it included managed CRM and with 1:1 support. I continued using the service specifically because the managed CRM, with 1:1 support, was part of what I believed was included in my purchase.
However, in February, I discovered I was being charged an additional $97 monthly CRM fee that I never authorized or was informed about it at the time of purchase. I immediately contacted the company and asked them to stop charging my card. Despite this request, they charged me again in March.

When I disputed the unauthorized charges with my credit card company, my access to the CRM was removed, and I was told my account had been deleted. Without CRM access, the core features of the $997 program and the promised 1:1 support became unusable, meaning I could no longer use what I paid for.

The company claimed the CRM was a separate paid product, but this was never clearly disclosed upfront. If I had known the CRM required an additional monthly fee, I would never have purchased the program.

As a result:
• I paid $997 for a program I cannot use
• I was charged additional monthly fees without authorization
• My CRM access was removed after disputing those charges
• Support could not explain how to access or continue the services without the CRM

The billing department charged my card without my knowledge, which is fraud itself. I requested a full refund but received no response.
