Stellar support team!

Very attentive!

The support team at Copper, specifically Chris, was great to work with. Chris worked with me for an hour to really dig into my workflow automations and get to the route of some problems. He followed up after our meeting so we could continue to troubleshoot together, as needed. He seemed genuinely invested in my company's workflows and goals of our Copper use!

Caring Coaching from Copper

Working with Chris Clark from the Customer Service team was great! Chris was very patient with me as I stumbled through his clear instructions. Outstanding Support!

I've been incredibly impressed with the support from the Copper team. A special thanks to Chris Clack, who was an absolute star in helping us set up a somewhat complex setup involving email automation and a full Mailchimp integration. Throughout the entire process, Chris was patient, prompt, thorough, and completely professional. Five-star service!

We moved our small business CRM from Hubspot to Copper. At first, we weren't sure how much functionality we would gain, but onboarding with Vicki was eye-opening and she helped get us set up with tools we didn't even know we could utilize! 10/10 for onboarding and excited to continue working on the new platform.

I’ve recently switched our business over to Copper CRM, and it’s easily the best CRM I’ve used to date. The integration with Google Workspace is seamless, which makes it feel like a natural extension of the tools we already use every day. It’s simple to navigate, highly customizable, and doesn’t come with the unnecessary complexity I found in other platforms. After moving away from Salesforce, I’m really pleased with the decision, Copper has made our process more straightforward and effective.

Onboarding with Vikki has also been a brilliant experience. She made the transition smooth, clear, and easy to get up and running quickly.

Another power tool without a power cord

Copper is often reviewed as the best CRM for Google Workspace—and that may be true on a technical level. But like far too many modern software companies, Copper seems built for performance first, and actual human support dead last.

Despite offering a clean interface and strong integration with Gmail and Google Calendar, everything falls apart the moment you need help.

As a small business, I was stunned to discover that Copper has a single person responsible for onboarding demo calls for all new users. One. Just one.

I begged for help for days—no live support, no quick access to a real person, no urgency whatsoever. The best they could do was schedule a single call at the end of the week, the day before I left for a critical trip, even after I made it crystal clear that waiting that long would be disastrous for my business. Their answer? Tough luck.

Copper may be a viable platform for companies with a dedicated in-house tech team or 50+ employees, but if you’re a small business hoping for responsive support or real partnership, you will not find it here.

If you’re not technically savvy—and if you expect your CRM provider to care whether your business succeeds—Copper is absolutely not the solution for you.

Your requests for support were responded to by our wider support team, and our activation specialist did offer custom video recordings to more directly assist you in your set up.
At Copper, we pride ourselves on our deep integration with Google Workspace and our intuitive interface, but we also know that great technology means little without great support behind it.
As we continuously work to improve our communication, we will take your feedback into consideration — it helps us grow and better serve our customers. We hope you may reconsider Copper in the future, and if you do so, our team will be here to help.

When a CRM Company Shows Heart

If you're a company with less than 30 sales staff and you work on google workspace, this is the CRM for you. I've done the research and the comparisons, and was very glad with my final choice of Copper:
- Plugs into your existing software super easily
- Great balance between being super straightforward to use, but can provide sophisticated enough tools
- Dozens of extensions with other relevant sales/marketing software you will likely use
- Good pricing

But more than anything else, Copper's leadership team shows understanding and support to fellow entrepreneurs. When we had our backs against the wall, Copper went out of their way to help us out. And in this day and age of soulless companies, that really meant something to me.

You won't regret giving Copper a try.

My rep was super rude and pushy

My rep was super rude and pushy. Once we put the credit card number in and hit submit, he disappeared and won't respond to emails. Therefore, we don't know how to get started. No one has reached out to us to get started despite the rep saying someone from Ops would reach out.

Per our terms of service, customer data is erased immediately after a trial ends. Our team follows up with trial users frequently to gauge interest, and preserve your data while internal evaluations are wrapped up.

In addition, it looks like there was an unfortunate timing issue, as your sales representative was out-of-office when your payment was submitted. He’s since reached out with next steps on onboarding.

Outstanding Customer Service

Have been using the service for a few months and really liked what it offers. The real test came when an issue arose. Any company can get 5-star reviews when everything is working smoothly. A true view of a company is how things are handled when something goes wrong. This recently happened and I was BLOWN AWAY at how smoothly the situation was resolved. The team went ABOVE and beyond to make things right. I am so happy to stick with the service moving forward.
