Two time purchaser and owner of 2 C1 Express ebikes - TOTALY SATISIFIED and now ordering another pair as gifts to my grandchildren. They are well built and have had ZERO ISSUES with operations both mechanical and electronic. HIGHLY recommended for both ride and PAS system is well balanced. 1100 watt motor handles gradients very well and has more than enough power for all occasions. Buy it - You'll love it.

I bought the bike expecting the best and that is what I got. The bike is amazing and the battery last longer than I ever anticipated. Friends and family have been asking questions about the e-bike and I will recommend this bike anytime I am asked! Great product.

Very disappointed with my Aipas bike and the warranty support. My bike has displayed an 02 error code since day one. Aipas advertises a one-year warranty, but when I contacted them, their solution was to send me parts and tell me to take the bike to a local bike shop.

I bought a new bike expecting it to work—not to have to arrange repairs immediately. Offering parts doesn’t resolve the inconvenience of receiving a bike with a problem from the start.

I want Aipas to take responsibility and provide a clear solution to get my bike working. Based on my experience, I would not recommend Aipas.

My wife Penny and I did extensive research and decided on an Aipas M2 Max
Hydraulic as our first ever ebike. We were definitely impressed with the high quality of the bike when it arrived. I had a few questions while assembling the bike and their support team quickly replied with all the info i needed to finish putting our bike together. We took it camping with us in Pennsylvania this past weekend and my wife just loves everything about it. We are so happy with our Aipas ebike that we are planning to buy another ebike soon..an M1 with a big seat for her! Couldn't be happier with our purchase and as we just recently retired this bike, and our next one, are going to get a lot of miles on them!

Shipping is fast and handled well (No scratches or scrapes). Bike rides great!! and I feel like i got a great bike for a great price!!

I ordered bike covers and when I went to put the first one on the elastic ripped out of the cover they are just seem to be cheaply made thought they would be a little stronger

Extremely impressed with our F3 eBikes! They arrived quickly and were packaged with great care, ensuring everything was in perfect shape right out of the box. Assembly was straightforward thanks to clear instructions. Our previous pair of e-bikes were unfortunately stolen so we researched different bikes and purchased two Aipas bikes. My husband has a foldable and I have the M3. We both enjoy them so much. The ride is comfortable and it’s easy to use.

After looking over many, many, MANY reviews and comparisons, I settled on Aipas C1. It is perfect. Just what I wanted. It is easy to use and rides great. Looking forward to many more rides on all kinds of trails.

My husband is living his bike!! Even with his knee issues he is riding it daily!!! This was a great retirement gift!!

I'm in love!!! I had always enjoyed riding a bicycle when I was younger. When I had my daughter, I bought a child seat to bring her with me. Over time, I didn't have time to ride, but missed it a great deal. I've gotten out of shape over the years and live in a very hilly area. I tried a regular bicycle, but the hills are just too much for me to have fun... until I bought my first e- bike! Now I'm roaming the neighborhood and exploring like a kid again! My boyfriend has his own e-bike to ride with me! He makes fun at me grinning from ear to ear like a kid, but I'm having a blast! We have had the bikes about a month now.

The bike is very well made, durable and good over rough terrain like a champ! I bought the bike with big tires to off road, not just be on cement. Putting it together was fairly easy with trial and error. I do recommend common sense and not to focus too much on the instructions provided as they are not great at all. I love how easy it is to customize. Very stable. Battery life has been great so far. I love minimizing battery use by using pedal assist.

Overall, I'm so happy to be riding a bike that makes me feel free one again! Enjoying life while I can.

I only put one star cause I can’t put -5 customer service is infuriating after an accidental order. I immediately sent an email and call them. They hadn’t even created a label. They tried. They charge me 5%. I disputed it with Paypal. Paypal told me not to drop the dispute. I ended up getting my 5% back. I wouldn’t buy an inner tube from these people.

Had a faulty battery after 33 miles of use. Working with customer service will let you know how It turns out.

Ordering was easy and got the bike in 3 days. It only took 45 minutes to put together. After the first ride I wound up getting one for my wife.

We ordered two electric bikes. One runs and the second one stopped after 6 rides. Customer service has been horrific. They expected us to take it to a bike shop and handle the repairs with parts they keep sending. Despite a very professional bike mechanic in Telluride attempting to fix it - it is a faulty bike that they refuse to replace. It seems they sent us a bike that was previously returned. Our next route is lawyers and the Better Business Bureau. Happy to take your money but not give you the bike you ordered. Think twice before purchasing.

My Aipas bike lasted 6 rides. They told me to take it to a bike mechanic. We have spent a month swapping parts and still it will not run. They will not replace the bike. Terrible experience! Do not buy an Aipas bike!!
