Great experience as a first time customer of BTD. The Lake shoes are the best of many, many cycling shoes I have owned and the price was the best I found on the internet. Shipping and notifications were right on track. Overall - a perfect experience.

Long time Bike Tires Direct customer in Colorado
I have purchased items from Bike Tires Direct for several years now and they have always surpassed my expectations. Well i ordered some silver tifosi…
Well i ordered some silver tifosi glasses with fototec lenses and was sent purple non fototec lenses. I was offered to keep or return the glasses. I was still charged the price of the fototec glasses even though the company new they didnt have the fototec glasses in stock. No offer on another purchase seems careless about shipping an incorrect item with hopesof just having the item be accepted.
