Do NOT trust or purchase anything from this company. Their lack of integrity in advertising and honoring the advertised prices on their website is non existent. I started to purchase their P280 power station for $729. When I went to my cart to check out they presented me with an opportunity to purchase their P300 power station for only $599. When I added the P300 to my cart, they increased the $599 advertise to $799, which was $200 more. I sent numerous emails to them with screen shots of the P300 at the $599 price and they insulted me, calling me confused and that the $599 price was for a battery and not the power station even though the screen shots I sent them clearly indicated it was for the power station. Bottom line, if they will not honor an advertised price and insult a potential customer then imagine how they will treat customers who try and get a warranty honored. This company just isn’t worth doing business with. I’m sticking with the more reputable companies in this space who honor their advertised prices and don’t insult their customers!

It is the first purchase I have made from Aferiy, and apart from the excellent quality of their products. I found their after sales service 2nd to none. They were very quick to respond to my query, & focused on a positive outcome for their Customers - An overall excellent experience!

Review of Nano 100.
This was sent to me as an apology for previous dire customer service. It is retailing at £79 and I spent £18 returning an expansion cable.
It is a small dinky thing with an extendable usb c cable onboard. Comes with a separate usb c female to DC7909 female adapter, handy if you have Jackery solar panels. There is nowhere to put this adapter so could easily be lost.
There are various ways of charging it and no cables are provided other than the onboard usb c. Strangely enough I managed to charge it from my Jackery 1000. I assume it can be charged directly from my 100W panels that have usb c connections.
It is lightweight but I have power banks that are smaller and lighter with equivalent charging capacity.
As a free gift it is handy but I would not have bought one.

Aferiy P210 solar generator.Great product! Good company to work with. Outstanding customer service and 7 year warranty. I powered my emergency A/C for about 3 hours.

PS240 has worked well for me, but if you are looking for the unit to charge using a CT clamp and data from that to amend the charging draw, I would avoid as the CT clamps that they pair with mainly work with a 3phase installation which is less common in the UK domestic setting. A little disappointed with the integration as apart from that works well as a battery and looks good. Delivery was quick and well packaged.

I’ve been using the Aferiy Nomad 1800 with two additional batteries as a home UPS and backup power system for my Modem, Router, Access points and home alarm and cameras. My experience so far has been very positive. It works reliably, switches to battery power when the mains fails, and has enough capacity to be genuinely useful as a home backup rather than just an emergency power bank.

I also use it with solar charging, which makes the system particularly useful. The combination of the Nomad 1800 and the two additional batteries gives me a substantial amount of stored energy while still keeping the system relatively compact. With a suitable solar panel connected, the system can also be used for extended periods during a power outage: the solar input replenishes the energy used during the day, keeping the batteries charged and making the available backup power effectively sustainable for days.

After using it in real everyday conditions, I’m very satisfied with its performance and especially with the value for money. I would definitely recommend the Aferiy Nomad 1800 as a home UPS and backup power solution.

Very easy to return, fast turnaround time, no questions asked, they way a warranty should be handled. 5 star all the way, not many companies left with this type of service.

I ordered a p210 on 30.06.26. It did not arrive for ages and I emailed to say just cancel my order and give me a refund. This was ignored. It finally arrive on 08.07.26 and we plugged it in to charge and it filled our kitchen with smoke. I turned it off and it was red hot. I emailed to complain and they replied that this was normal !!!! I said I would not accept it and the process to return it was painful, long and drawn out to say the least. It was finally collected up 03.08.26. I send emails no less then 5 times insisting on a full refund and i did not want a replacement but they ignored this completely and just sent me emails about shipmen of a replacement. I was mess around by them saying firstly on 06.08.26 that they have received my return and had sent a new replacement 'immediately'. The next day they emailed to say the replacement had been lost and they would send me a gray instead of a silver unit, again 'immediately'. On 17.08.26 they emailed to say the silver order which had been lost was now found and being shipped. It arrived 18.07.26. We unpacked it and were suspicious that it had 88% charge on it. The previous unit we bought have the factory 25%. We switched it on and you can guess, yes it started the burning smell. They have clearly just repacked the faulty unit we returned. I sent emails no less that 5 times insisting on a refund. i can now see from other reviews that they never give refunds, so their 30 day refund policy on their website is a lie. AVOID THIS COMPANY COMPLETLY.

One of my units failed in that the solar i put would not charge the unit. Aferiy took vare of the replacemement and covered the shipping. I now own 3. Very happy with them so far.

They always answer my questions within their preset answering limit of 48h, normally much faster. Very reliable company (D), solar power unit is of high quality. Trustworthy service.

Delivery was quick. Contact with customer service was very quick and easy.
Product is excellent and does just what we needed. I would order from them again in the future.

Bought PS240 plugin solar and arrived within two days well packed and looks great. The issue is the control of the unit through the app! It's not accurate at all and you will need constant reset. I would not trust it's control settings as it will back feed into the grid and waste your money! As this is new to the UK I bought another from a different supplier for testing and conclude PS240 is rubbish unless they urgently fix their control. I am glad I didn't end up buying additional batteries. For now I am using the unit to charge at night and contribute 200w during the day to the other great working system which I am not mentioning the make so people don't think I am advertising. In short don't waste your money on afery. Plenty of good competition

This is an update to my original review on the 1/08/26 and 05.08.26.
The P210 unit arrived week after the solar panel, this was the grey unit as the silver unit was out of stock, so five stars for getting a unit to me as required urgently.
with regard to the unit, charged up over to days using solar panel, did have 26% charge on arrival. Unit worked well for off grid caravan stay of six days running lights and tv together with water pump,
So in conclusion very happy with both solar panel 400 watt and the P210 power system. Customer service did everything they said they would, so FIVE stars.
