Flowers got there early. My wife loved them. I will be using Avasflowers again! I highly recommend!

Flowers were beautiful, but order was missing 1 of 2 balloons and had a typed note instead of greeting card.

I was charged a service fee without my knowledge. I had to call customer service to get it refunded, which they only did when I was going to cancel my order.

My friend sent me a picture of what was delivered, and it did not meet my expectations. I ordered a large tropical looking arrangement. The flowers were much smaller with very little color. Overall experience was just ok. I probably won’t order from here again.

The flowers were beautiful, the price was acceptable but then there was added service charge i did not anticipate. Together with all charges this was much too expensive. I won't order again from this site.

Did not have the balloon that was purchased . Paid for expedition and it made it 10 mi uses before standard time. Not worth the extra money spent

Product delivered not what I expected. For $80 bouquet just had 2 sun flowers, some daisies, and greens. Very disappointed.

Ordered a bouquet to my parents hotel room for their anniversary. They called in the morning to tell me there was a complication. When I called back the automation was an infinite loop
And impossible to talk to anyone. I tried several more times and couldn’t connect with anyone. They missed the delivery window. Super bummed they messed up my gift and now I’m trying to deal with awful customer service and a pointe chat bot to try and get my money back.

The flowers were supposed to be delivered the day before they were actually delivered. The actual bouquet was beautiful. Pretty hefty convenance/delivery fee for a late delivery.

Customer Service was very helpful and Friendly. The recipient was very pleased and stated how beautiful the arrangement was. I didn’t rate 5 stars because the representation assured me service times that the delivery was going to be made on my original selected day of 08/22/2026 Bit they weren’t, They arrived 2 days later. And I didn’t receive the agreed credit back to my credit card either.

I wish they had a no star option. This company doesn't deserve not even one star, it's worst than horrible. I placed my floral arrangement order a few days before the delivery date and the day before it was set to be delivered they weren't able to fulfill my order. I requested a refund but I'm yet to hear anything. I would suggest that future customers stay away from this company, they appears to be one big scam business.

The balloons were not delivered. Only the bear and flowers.

I live states away from my friend and they made it super simple to send her flowers on a special occasion. I will probably trust them with my business in the future!
