Quick and easy to follow. The price was below expectations, and options to upgrade seats, etc., were a better way to get exactly what we needed.

It was really smooth and easy, but the seat selection page went a bit strange. It showed me the seat selection for economy class, despite it being a business class ticket. No problem--I sorted it later direct with the airline--but thought it was worth flagging.

Everything else was great. UX is super easy, great prices, and very smooth purchase process.

Simple process to book and receive booking confirmation

This is the third time I have used Aunt Betty to book flights and have never had any issues. They have always advertised the best price and made it seamless.

Easy to navigate and clear understanding of costs. The only negative is all the add-ons suggested although I understand for some this is valuable. Provided the most competitive price from a trusted site.

I booked a flight to Europe for my Son and his fiancee and due to the conflict in the middle east and for safety reasons I requested a cancellation. Aunt Betty noted charged me almost 1/3 of the total flights charges $750 per person) in cancellation fees.
They also noted that a refund can take from 6 to 12 weeks to receive the money back into my account. What was even worse I paid for Refundable flights & VIP service which cost $550 in total which was a total waste of money - Please remember that it was refundable flights where not honoured buy Aunt Betty....

Final warning, you should think twice before booking flights with Aunt Betty.......

I would never book a flight through Aunt Betty again.

The airline changed one of our flights by just one hour, but despite having more than two months to resolve the issue, Aunt Betty was unable to properly reissue our booking.

Trying to contact customer service was extremely frustrating. The waiting time was consistently over an hour, and when we finally reached an agent, they were unable to provide a solution or any meaningful update. We had to follow up repeatedly, yet the issue remained unresolved.

To make matters worse, only one passenger on our booking received the updated itinerary, while the other passenger never received the reissued ticket, even though our trip was only two days away.

This experience caused unnecessary stress and wasted a significant amount of our time. I expected much better customer service from a travel agency. I will not be using Aunt Betty again and cannot recommend them based on my experience.

They shortchanged me $470 on an airline-cancelled flight and hung up on me twice when I inquired on the shortfall. Their excuse was that this is how much they got from Qatar. The truth is that under the Australian Consumer Law, Aunt Betty are fully responsible for the full refund of the cancelled tickets and they cannot hide behind or blame Qatar fot that.
