I went to flight centre Booragoon and was made to wait 45 minutes so I left. Went to flight centre Belmont and was served straight away. 5 star service there

Emma was absolute perfection! She took care of every single detail for my trip to India with the highest level of customer service. I couldn't have asked for a better experience!

Absolute shit!!! I tried to cancel my flight to Malta via Abu dhabi . They are charging me a 250 USD Fee. It take 16 weeks for a refund. On top of that i used a $1000 voucher that a have to forfeit. Thats Robbery!!! Its level 3 warning level and i cant cancel my flight to rebook a different route!!!! NEVER USE Flight center EVER!!!

Shocking service by Linda !! She simply couldn’t be bothered serving me ! She assumed . But was in a hurry to speak to her friend rather than trying to win another customer . I’ll give my money to a company that respect everyone and not someone who demonises people .

I have booked many, many trips through Flight Centre in Morley WA. This time I have been trying to book another cruise for about a month now. I wanted back to back cruises in a mini suite lasting 4-5 weeks altogether. Staff have been less than satisfactory in giving me any reasonable suggestions at all. I realize they are soon moving to more permanent premises but service has been terrible. I contacted HelloWorld one morning and had 3 great responses by the afternoon. Such a contrast!!!!

Naomie the lady I deal with is experienced and I never feel a burden to ask .. always ready with advice and to answer questions I also support local so I am happy to deal with flight center.. I do my research and often she finds even better value !
