Great quality and amazing customer service
I bought a couple of items to celebrate my birthday and the package read delivered but was nowhere to be found. I waited a couple of days then reached out to the customer service team, within hours they reached out to me, offered to reach out to the carrier and find the exact drop off of the package. The package was found and delivered to me-and the ORTTU team was helpful along the way.

The delivery was incredibly fast
The delivery was incredibly fast. The pants are amazing and I hope to get the matching jacket when it becomes available again. I really like the clothes that you offer, but here in Ohio, there isn't very many places to go where I would be able to wear some of them. Unfortunately, I am on a fixed disability income from the navy and I really have to watch my spending. There are quite a few of shirts that I am interested in and might buy later.

Great Design, poor execution

ORTTU’s designers have real vision. Their pieces look bold, unique, and fashion-forward. Unfortunately, that’s where the praise ends.
Materials
Five years ago, ORTTU used noticeably better fabrics. They were a bit expensive, but the quality justified the price. Over the last three years, however, the quality has fallen off a cliff. Many items now feel like ultra-thin, slippery nylon, comparable to the cheapest fast-fashion brands such as temu or SHEIN even aliexpress quality. Even after a “50% off” sale, you’re still paying $70–100 for fabric that feels see-through and disposable.
Sales Tactics
The constant “50% OFF,” “Buy One Get One,” and endless promotions feel more like a pricing strategy than genuine discounts. Inflating the regular price only to permanently advertise huge markdowns creates the illusion of value, while the product quality doesn’t come close to matching the price.
Shipping
Shipping costs around $12, which is already above average for domestic delivery, yet orders often take much longer than expected. They also automatically add package protection at checkout, making it an easy hidden charge if you don’t notice it.
Customer Service
The one bright spot is customer service. The staff seems friendly and helpful.
Overall
I can’t recommend ORTTU anymore. If you only need an outfit for one event or a few photos, it might do the job because the designs are eye-catching. But once someone gets close enough to see or touch and feel the fabric, the illusion quickly disappears. You become a poor media poser!
I genuinely feel bad for the designers because they clearly have talent. Their creative vision deserves better materials and better execution. Instead of endless sales and gimmicky discounts, I’d rather see ORTTU charge an honest price for clothing that’s actually worth buying, higher price but quality. Right now, they make everyone look no quality.

Best swimwear of my life
I wish for the love of god I wasn’t private on IG because I’d love to be sharing pics. I’ve been wearing all my Orttu pieces with my friends this weekend and we’re definitely putting on a show for Minneapolis. These suits are sexy but just the right amount. The fabric is beautiful to touch and to look at. Obsessed. The sale I got everything at made buying all the ones I had my eyes on worth it. Thank you.
