Full of bugs, do not buy the paid subscription. You will wonder why you did it…

Despite the fact that the software is very bad, they even have the worst support I have ever experienced.

20 days to review a refund, a Guinness world record for slowest, most unreliable customer support.

This is a fantastic value for the money. They make the product better all the time. I had an issue and the help desk was very responsive, even recording a video to show me how to fix it. It ended up being user error.

The amount of capability and technology for the price is, in my opinion, very generous compared to most platforms.

This seems like a great product. Unfortunately, we were unable to utilize it. We purchased our subscription under the premise that a team member would be handling the creation and distribution of the clips and despite its simplicity in nature, they expressed that editing the clips took too much time. So, we wasted money. I attempted to try my hand at it. It does have a learning curve and again, despite its simplicity, as an executive I didn't have time either. However, it definitely beats the old school way of creating a short. That's for sure! I was disappointed that we didn't get the return on our investment but for teams that are well prepared this can be a very valuable tool.

I had an issue with how the app worked in Opus. To my surprise, they reported it to the engineers as a bug and it was fixed within 48 hours. This is rare in my experience and I appreciate the care.

OpusClip is supposed to make video editing easier, but the software is simply unreliable.

AI Reframe often focuses on the wrong subject, tracking is inconsistent, and the automatic captions even missed entire sentences from a perfectly clear English voice-over. Trying to fix the missing text then breaks the timing.

At every turn, OpusClip seems to push you toward a more expensive subscription just to access basic features.

The idea is good. The execution is terrible.

It was easy to use and the clips it made were ideal for my needs.

Good product and really good help from staff.

The fact that they take away all your unused credit after the 12 month window is dishonorable in my opinion. Why would I want to continue doing business with a company like this if they're just trying to force retention like this. This is not the move. enjoy my 2 stars .

my experiece with opus clip was amazing. they changed soem policies which i am disappointed with but when i first used it, it was like finding gold.

I highly recommend OpusClip to anyone looking to start or enhance a lucrative online experience. My coach Ollie is my favorite go-to because she not only understands my questions and concerns, she is genuinely has a vested interest in my future success.

A member of our team left - they were the admin on our business account. There doesn't seem to be any way to change our account admin and there's no customer support available. We went through the chat bot and there was a message that our case was being forwarded to a live representative, but the thread has been frozen for more than 30 hours with no response.

Really impressed with OpusClip overall. The platform is constantly improving, and I love how innovative the team is with new features, training, and tools. I’ve had a couple of issues with credits and some occasional bugs, but their support has been excellent — they went above and beyond to make things right. You can tell the product is developing quickly, so a few growing pains are understandable. Overall, OpusClip saves me a lot of time creating short-form content from my podcast, and I’m excited to see where they take it next. 4.5/5 from me.

Was able to increase my viewership reach in 90 days more than I've been able to do in 10 years. Intuitive platform, easy to use, good pricing, and thorough resolution on issues.

I am on a free plan and the work the App does is great, yea of course U will have some videos which miss the mark but that's why they come out with so many for U to choose from.

Honestly, I am super impressed because it takes the load of me as I am a singlepreneur ;)

Great customer service! I was a bit apprehensive about reaching out to close an account I no longer had access to, but Mike sorted it out in no time without back and forth. I already liked the product but this experience just solidified my brand love. I won't even think about alternative tools next time I need this kind of product.

I have been using this software for about 4 months. Until now, I had only used it for basic tasks like extracting podcast clips, which worked fine. However, a few days ago, I decided to use it to edit a full video.

Due to a saving issue/glitch, I lost my entire project—representing several hours of hard work. I now have to start the whole editing process from scratch.

What is particularly disappointing is that I spent several days in contact with customer support, and they were completely unable to retrieve the correct version from their project history. I had experienced a similar issue in the past with a competing tool, and their team was able to restore my work without problem.

As a content creator, this cost me a tremendous amount of valuable time, really sad experience. This software is simply not reliable for actual video editing. From now on, I will strictly limit its use to extracting podcast clips and will look elsewhere for editing

I use Agent Opus to create AI videos. I find it easy to use and fun to play with. When there is an issue, I have found the customer service quite responsive.
