Complete rip off
Complete rip off. Pricing is misleading, there's a subscription you dont realize and government fees on top of it.
Still, if all that worked, fine. But it doesnt.
1. I got incorrect information at least once
2. Support requests were greeted with attitude
3. The delay on questions being answered is absurd.
Get a lawyer or use AI.

Not happy
So far. The paperwork seems to be in order. We, spouse and I, did not appreciate the strong armed methods they used in trying to use them to file the paperwork for an extra fee. The Rep was rude and unprofessional. Will follow up when the paperwork is completed.

Edit for owner: HOW do I contact you?! Ive been emailing for weeks!
Between December 2025 and April 2026 Ive spent upwards of $800. I filled out the paperwork numerous times and was told some of the information was incorrect amd I needed to fix it. Id fix the error only to be told its still incorrect. After a handful of repost, I finally got to the page that told me my paperwork would be printed and shipped in the mail in 7-10 buisness days. I waited a month with nothing arriving in the mail. So I go back to the website to discover everything vanished. I was back at square 1. While still being charged $40/ month. I try reaching out for help and the only "help" I get is being told my subscription has expired and I need to pay them more money?! 3 different rounds of emails asking for help or a number to call, but nothing. Im accepting i have been scammed.

This site was a complete waste of time and money for me. I was never made aware that this was for an uncontested case only. I wasted a whole month and money on their platinum service.For absolutely no result at all. No number, the call ever just an email answer that takes two days to get each time. Don't waste your money here, hire a real trustworthy attorney for your case.
