Had a great experience with the website! Ordered 4 dining chairs and when I received them one of the chairs had a little bit of extra fabric on the back. It wasn’t anything very bad, but I reached out to customer service. They responded almost immediately and sent me an additional replacement chair for the faulty one. Such great customer service - they resolved this quickly and really efficiently. :)
Also, the chairs themselves are very high quality, nice design and overall a great product. Will definitely buy again!

I ordered a wardrobe
I ordered a wardrobe, damn, it's the itchiest wardrobe in the world. I saw how thin the walls and everything else are, and how poorly made the parts are. It's terrible! I tried to do everything carefully, but when you start inserting shelves, the wardrobe expands a little and bursts on the other side. I don't recommend this product. Unfortunately, you can't attach a photo here.

Delivery service can be improved. Delivery man was given wrong address so I spent almost an hour guiding him then I had to drive to his location so that he can drive to my location. Otherwise products are amazing

Terrible service and misleading stock info
On the product (couch) I ordered, there was no mention of it not being in stock. The stated delivery time was 5-8 working days. After this time elapsed, there was still 0 communication from their side.
I tried to reach customer service multiple times, but they don't answer the phone, and emails are only answered by useless AI bots with zero concrete information. Completely unprofessional. I have cancelled my order by law, which immediately got answered by a person. Will take my business elsewhere. Avoid!

Mistakes can happen but….
Mistakes can happen, but Nimara have had three seperate chances from me and every time they have delayed orders, damaged or missing items and terrible customer service (which is a choice)!
For a Danish company I’m surprised at how bad they truly are multiple times. I’ve done my best with them truly but now I’m missing items with no refund and I’m getting replies but irrelevant to my missing order! Will be claiming through NETS and escalating a complaint.

Delivery delays
I ordered a shoe storage item as it clearly stated 1-3 days delivery - today is day 3 and the item hasn’t even been dispatched. The AI email response said it’s sorry and that there’s an issue with the supplier - I need this thing by 10am on Monday 10 August! Why say something is in stock and will take 1-3 days - and if there is some excuse for it then send the customer an email informing them and giving them an option to cancel - it’s honestly just so simple to offer basic customer service

We were missing one part of the table…
We were missing one part of the table as there was some mistake with the warehouse but it was sorted out kn the same day and we get it after 2-3 days. So far really happy
