CHAU in Network Security support was absolutely brilliant when I called for help with my newly installed alarm. He thoroughly explained what the issue was, resolved the issue and gave me a full tutorial on the use of the alarm. I would highly recommend Network Security support department, particularly CHAU.

Network Security arrived when they said they would, installed the alarm very promptly and very tidily, with no mess. A well-experienced technician and friendly staff. I had an issue with Wi-Fi, and it came back two weeks later when my Wi-Fi system was upgraded. No problems, five-star review.
