Do NOT deposit here if you are a profitable trader. NAGA is the broker you should run away

"It's very simple with NAGA: if I win, they deduct the money. If I lose, the money is theirs. Meaning, you are wasting your valuable energy, risk management, time and mental health here.

I deposited $3k and traded manually. No bots, just holding positions for hours based on my own analysis. They were perfectly happy while I was trading. No warnings at all. But the moment I hit the withdraw button, the nightmare started.

They kept my withdrawal pending for a whole month giving me the silent treatment. Then, out of nowhere, they terminated my MT5 account, called me an "abuser," and completely wiped out $3,252.30 of my hard-earned profit.

After writing them every day for 3.5 weeks in a row, somehow they paid my deposit back and extra $200 profit. However, I and they do not know why they paid $200 but not the rest. So basically, $200 was legit but $3252.30 was abuse. They also left any question I ask answerless.

Craziest part is, a friend of mine who referred me to NAGA was trading alongside me. He was taking almost the same trades at the exact same times. They paid him his full profits with zero issues! Same trades, same time, completely different result. They just invent rules when they don't want to pay a winning trader.

I am not going to stop until I get my money back and show everyone what NAGA really is. As of today, I have officially started the compliance process, and I will be submitting my formal complaint to the Seychelles FSA as soon as possible. Stay away from them."

I am writing this review to warn others…

I am writing this review to warn others about my terrible experience with NAGA. After making profits, I have been trying to withdraw my funds for ten days, but they refuse to process my request. Customer support is extremely rude and unprofessional, often hanging up on me and ignoring my emails. However, when they wanted me to deposit more money, they were polite and called me every day. This is a scam company, be very careful and do not work with them.

Harassment

For the past few months this company representatives are calling me EVERY day - I keep blocking numbers but they keep calling from new numbers from the UAE. I have made it abundantly clear that I am not interested to join and to remove my name from their call list. Now they keep calling as they want to know the reason why I am not interested. None of their business frankly speaking. This is going beyond harassment. It's getting to the point where I don't want to answer numbers from the UAE!

Extremely Disappointing Experience – Potential Fraud

I wanted to share my personal experience with NAGA, a UAE-based trading platform. I deposited funds into my account but have been unable to withdraw them, and my attempts to get this resolved through customer support have not led to a solution so far.
I'm sharing this as a heads-up for others considering using this platform — I'd recommend doing thorough research and proceeding with caution before depositing funds.
Given the lack of resolution, I plan to escalate this matter to the relevant regulatory authority and, if necessary, file a report with Dubai Police via their eCrime portal.

Be Careful: My Experience with NAGA Ltd's Bonus Offer

I originally posted my honest review on **23/06/2026** after having a terrible experience with NAGA Ltd. The following was my experience: very disappointing
At the beginning, they constantly called me, encouraging me to deposit large amounts of money amounts that may seem insignificant to them but are substantial to many traders. When I deposited what I could afford, they immediately started pushing me to open trades and then pressured me to make additional deposits.
What was most frustrating was that whenever I needed advice or support, they were nowhere to be found. However, as soon as my margin level was above 900%, they started calling again, urging me to open more trades. When the account was struggling or facing losses, they never reached out to provide guidance or assistance.
To make matters worse, they encouraged me to open trades that were not appropriate at the time. I don't know what benefit they gain from doing this, They also assured me that they would monitor my account and guide me whenever it was at risk, claiming they had alert systems in place to detect potential issues. However, when my account eventually reached a critical point and was ultimately wiped out, nobody contacted me, provided any guidance, or took any action despite those assurances.

Shortly afterward, I received a call from the Customer Journey Desk Manager. She was clearly unhappy that I had posted the review. When I explained everything that had happened and defended my position, she offered me a bonus, assuring me that it would be **real cash** that I could use to recover some of my losses. She repeatedly told me that I would be able to withdraw my profits, that they would support me every step of the way, and that all I needed to do was follow their guidance and remove my review.

I told her I would think about it. Since I genuinely wanted to recover part of my losses, I decided to give them another chance. I deleted my review, and the bonus was credited to my account.

I placed several trades and closed them in profit. After that, I started receiving frequent calls encouraging me to open more trades. I wasn't comfortable with the level of risk they were suggesting, so I only opened trades that I considered reasonable and with relatively low investment to maintain a healthy margin and avoid unnecessary stress.

Later, I received another call asking why I hadn't opened certain trades. I explained that the market was dropping and asked why I should enter those positions. I was told that the market would go back up. I replied that my account was not strong enough to take that level of risk. She responded that she was not asking me to deposit more money. I explained that, sooner or later, additional funds would be required to keep those positions alive; otherwise, I would end up facing the same losses as before.

About a week later, I requested a withdrawal. As soon as I did, the bonus was removed from my account. This came as a complete surprise because **this was never disclosed to me**, and it directly contradicted what I had been promised over the phone.

I immediately contacted them by email and repeatedly asked for someone to call me so we could resolve the issue. The only response I received was that the bonus had been removed because I made a withdrawal. I was never informed of this condition beforehand. Since 01/07/2026, I have been repeatedly told that someone would contact me, but nobody ever has.

Thankfully, I did not deposit any additional funds. Looking back, it was a complete waste of my time, and I will not be misled by these promises again.

I also have evidence to support everything stated in this review, including emails and other records of my communications.

Unprofessional and Poorly Organized Transfer Process

I registered with NAGA because of their portfolio transfer promotion, but after several weeks I decided to abandon the process entirely.

The overall experience was extremely disappointing and, in my opinion, highly unprofessional.

Communication was slow, often taking many days to receive a response. Important requirements were communicated only gradually, forcing me to repeatedly follow up and request clarification. Instead of a clear and structured process, the entire experience felt improvised from start to finish.

What surprised me most was that a portfolio transfer was supposed to be handled almost entirely via email. There is no way to view, verify, or track the transfer request within the client account itself. For a financial broker in 2026, this is simply unacceptable. At no point did I feel that there was a transparent or properly structured process in place.

The entire workflow bears no resemblance to what clients would expect from established European or German brokers. There are no clear procedures, no transfer portal, no status tracking, and no visible case management within the platform.

What makes this even more concerning is that NAGA actively promotes portfolio transfer campaigns while seemingly lacking the infrastructure and operational processes required to handle them efficiently and professionally.

The overall impression left by this experience is one of poor organization, lack of transparency, and insufficient operational maturity. As a result, I decided not to proceed with the portfolio transfer.

I have had a terrible experience with…

I have had a terrible experience with this company. I feel completely misled and manipulated by my account manager, who pushed me into losing trades that were clearly not in my best interest.
Furthermore, their bonus policy is deceptive. After meeting all the required conditions, I received an official email from them confirming that I was eligible for a withdrawal. However, shortly after, they sent a contradictory email claiming I had not met the requirements and proceeded to deduct all my earned profits, using the excuse that the 'trading month' had not yet ended.
This kind of inconsistency and lack of transparency is unacceptable. They confirm your eligibility one day and revoke it the next just to avoid paying out. I strongly advise everyone to be very cautious and avoid trading with this platform. Extremely disappointed and looking for a resolution."

This appears to be a clear SCAM

This appears to be a clear SCAM. I have received more than 30 unsolicited calls from different mobile numbers. On every occasion, I have clearly stated that I am not interested, yet the calls continue, often with the caller attempting to explain or promote the IPO.

I have repeatedly requested that they stop contacting me, but these requests have been ignored and the calls persist.

Furthermore, the calls originate from various UAE mobile numbers. When I attempt to call these numbers back, I receive a message indicating that the number is invalid, disconnected, or out of service, which further raises concerns about the legitimacy of these calls.

Scam - i need information

i’m a fellow victim trying to connect with others who went through the same thing. I want to know where these people are located as i’m sure it’s not the UK. They all have suspicious nationalities and accents. they are scammers and i don’t know how this is legal in 2026. They terrorize you daily with endless calls where they ask for money or make you lose whatever you already invested. They are not here to help you learn as they promise initially, they are here to suck the life and money out of you. Everything you deposit goes straight in their pocket, when you want to cash out they come up with 20 reasons why you shouldn’t. their spreads are higher than any other broker and they stick some bonus impossible to achieve to stop you from withdrawing. I will continue to research and investigate till i find them

I contacted 𝑲𝑳𝑰𝖝σ𝕋 after losing around…

I contacted 𝑲𝑳𝑰𝖝σ𝕋 after losing around €95,000 to an online investment platform. By that stage, I had already accepted the possibility that the money was gone for good, especially after hearing repeatedly that once funds disappear in situations like this, there is rarely any chance of recovery.

Even with those doubts, I decided to move forward and shared all the necessary details of my case. From the start, 𝑲𝑳𝑰𝖝σ𝕋 explained the process clearly and handled everything in a professional and organised manner. I remained cautious throughout, but I appreciated the consistent communication and realistic approach they maintained.

As the process continued, I began receiving updates that showed real progress in tracing the transactions and following the movement of the funds. While I tried not to expect too much, it became clear that genuine effort was being put into the investigation.

Eventually, I was informed that the recovery process had been successful. To my surprise and relief, I was able to recover my money, and I can confirm that 𝑲𝑳𝑰𝖝σ𝕋 helped me recover my funds.

Overall, I started the process with very little hope, but the final outcome was much better than I expected.

I would strongly advise anyone to be very careful when dealing with online investment platforms, as the risks are high and losses can happen very quickly if proper caution is not taken.

Critical Software Failure: €56,000 Equity Loss Still Pending for 10-Year Investor

As a loyal investor since NAGA’s IPO (10 years), I am reporting a critical and unresolved €56,000 equity loss caused by a documented systemic failure of the trading interface.

Technical Malfunction (Case VA20260007):
In March, I documented a severe UI synchronization bug: while attempting to cancel "pending orders," the platform instead closed my "active positions." This software failure directly depleted my equity and placed my account in a state of technical paralysis. This was clearly an external system failure, not a market risk, from which I was unable to protect my account due to the platform's own malfunction.

Ongoing Prejudice & Legal Action:
Despite providing clear video evidence, NAGA continues to hide behind administrative delays. This continued blockage of my funds has had a severe incidence on my ability to manage my portfolio during recent market volatility. I have now initiated the process of hiring legal counsel to escalate this matter to the Financial Ombudsman and relevant regulatory authorities. I will not accept any resolution that does not fully restore the damage caused by this system error.

Public Transparency:
I am currently holding the full, timestamped video documentation of this system failure. I will monitor the company's next steps closely before deciding to release these recordings publicly, so the global trading community can witness and assess the platform's execution reliability for themselves.

I demand that the Compliance department (Ref: URN: VA20260007) provides a final resolution immediately. Professional traders and long-term investors deserve a reliable platform and a responsive legal department.

Stay Away - Absolute Scam

I am a UAE resident who was cold-called by a brand called ClickTrades. Cold calling for financial services is illegal in the UAE, that alone should have been a red flag.
I deposited a total of $50,000. From the start, my account manager called me directly telling me exactly which positions to open, on the phone and via WhatsApp. This is unlicensed investment advice, plain and simple.
When I made profits, spreads and swaps were visibly widened and the dealing desk placed restrictions on my trade volumes. The message was clear, profits were not welcome.
I never successfully completed a single withdrawal. Every request was postponed, delayed, or met with excuses. At the same time, my account was loaded with bonuses that sound attractive but come with impossible trading volume requirements to unlock designed specifically to keep me trapped and trading, not withdrawing.
Then without proper notice, the company decided to migrate all clients to CAPEX.com, and despite holding an ADGM license, they placed me on a Seychelles entity. I never consented to that. My rights as a UAE-regulated client were stripped without explanation.
When I logged into my account, my deposit history had disappeared. Scrolling to the bottom of the page I discovered that CAPEX is owned by NAGA Group, something that was never disclosed to me upfront.
I contacted both NAGA and CAPEX support. NAGA replied briefly. CAPEX followed up, then both went completely silent and stopped responding to my emails entirely. I filed official complaints with:
• ADGM / FSRA
• CMA (formerly SCA)
• UAE Central Bank
I gave them time to resolve this. They chose to ignore it.
Three brands. Same owners. Same tactics. Withdrawal obstruction. Bonus trapping. Unlicensed advice. Manipulated spreads. And complete silence when confronted.
Stay away, save your time and money!!
