I was very pleased with the professional service that Opal Group provided. I needed a mobile notary to travel to an institution and they were able to accomplish that in less than 24 hours. If needed, they could also have provided witnesses, which might have been very helpful. Their communication is excellent, the services were efficient and accurate, and I would recommend them without hesitation.

I was cheated out of $207. I paid for 3 service attempts and they only did two and forged the third when I demanded a refund. I called and they said they would refund me $50...its been a year and im still waiting. HORRIBLE COMPANY. SCAMMERS

Incredibly responsive and professional service. I needed a very time-sensitive notarization, and my initial attempts with two other providers were unsuccessful. With a tight deadline, The Opal Group was recommended, and Ike delivered. I received a response to my initial email in 2 minutes. From there, I sent my document for review, completed KYC, paid the invoice, scheduled a session, spoke with Ike, and received the notarized document, all within 1 hour and 7 minutes.

The notary arrived on time. She was easy going and very professional. She made my mom feel at ease.

I am a notary signing agent. I did a signing for them on May 13 and I have spoke with them multiple times because they still have not paid me for doing notary signings for them. I have spoke with their accounting department Farannah and she has multiply times lied to me, saying the money was sent. Then she even went to the extreme of saying somebody sent an email from my email with a different Cash App account. I had it ran through the computer and it was a lie she copied and pasted it into it. As of today, August 9, I still have not been paid for my services. They expect people to work for them for free, which is highly illegal. if you are a notary signing agent do not work with this company they will not pay you.
