Mimeo Photos Reviews 

I ordered about 30 color prints, 5x7, to document household furnishings. Mimeo produced EXCELLENT prints and got them to me earlier than expected!
The price was good, the service was excellent! What's not to like???

This is the third book of my wife’s watercolour paintings and we have been very pleased by the results. I must say as the person who builds the book the process is very easy and a lot of fun. Would be nice to be able to receive something in the way of a proof due to the colors involved in the paintings.

I have compiled many travel and memory books with this organization and have always been pleased with the outcomes. Friends who see the books always are amazed and ask who I used to get good results.

Great quality pictures for albums! Nice variety of options to personalize albums; colour, borders, backgrounds, texture, fonts. Also appreciate the quick delivery. I also love the idea that I can work on the project at my leisure and convenience without any worry of expiry dates or timelines of online projects….without paying for a subscription! I will continue to utilize this platform in the future for our memorable travel and family souvenirs. Thank you!

The quality of the final book is superb. Everyone in our family is very impressed and pleased with the result.
I liked: (in no particular order)
- being shown immediately when a photo was not of sufficient quality to be printed so I could adjust it or remove it while compiling the book
- the ease of aligning / centering photos
- the ability to rearrange pages
- being shown the cost of the book as I was adding and subtracting photos
- the fact that Mimeo linked directly with Apple Photos made selection and editing relatively straightforward.

However:
- It took a little while for me to discover exactly how I could edit photos in situ.
- I found it a bit cumbersome to find answers to questions which arose while I was working on my project. The answers were clear when I found them but I was directed via a link to a separate web site.
- while working on the project I wanted to share my suggested pages with other family members for their opinion and comments but could not do this without paying for the book. I got round this by taking screenshots of the relevant pages and sending them for comment. (Family members concerned were in different parts of the world so collaboration was impossible in person)

Overall I am very happy with the experience of using Mimeo and will use it again.

I am so pleased with the photo books you sent. They exceeded my expectations. I highly recommend your service for anyone that has photos they want commemorated in a book. The photos look so much better than when they are in your library. The only suggestion I have is to make your software more user friendly for a person who is not used to difficult software. I needed to get help from someone who is more computer savvy than myself.

The album I created for my youngest daughters forthcoming 18th Birthday has come back. It looks amazing – thank you Mimeo. I know she will be thrilled and I am glad I got two (one for me).
I was worried it would not arrive in time – the expedited service really helped.
Honestly, GREAT customer service – shoutout to both Achraf and Natalia, at Mimeo Photos Support, who team tagged to keep me updated and helped clearly explain what to do because I had left the wording off the spine of the album (I was taken through how to cancel order, which was quickly refunded, and resubmit the order with updated text). Much easier than I imagined but the guidance and reassurance I would not lose the original and could still hit my deadline for the book to get back to me was such a relied.
You guys make amazing products, so much better that your rivals and photo shops (were the pages fall out on first opening). The book is absolutely beautiful – fantastic quality and will bring me and my daughter many hours of happiness as we look at the pictures, bringing back some amazing memories of Bella’s childhood

If there was a choice of no stars, I would choose that option. Mimeo took away hours of my time that I can't get back. It was a circular firing squad. The Chat was annoying and basically kept telling the same thing and including it wasn't my fault which frankly I already knew. Maybe you should moderate the extent that you use AI and think about the user. What a horrible experience!!!!!

I love the creative freedom that allows me to play with different layouts, type styles and colors, but I wish there was a more convenient way to organize and categorize the photos when adding them, so I don't have to continually keep scrolling back and forth to find photos that I am looking for. Also I wish there was an easier way to compare book styles when initially choosing so I don't have to create and then delete each one to find the one best suited to my project.

Lovely books arrived quickly, much sooner than I had expected for the both books. I will use Mimeo Photos again. And I appreciated the discount on the second book.

I was very pleased with the quality of the photos. The only downside was that the shipping cost seemed a little expensive. However, since the package was shipped from so far away, I understand that it was probably unavoidable.

I do miss the option of printing albums on glossy photo paper.

Easy integration in Apple Photos. Clear pictures and quality production of photo books. I have now done at least 20 books- hard back and soft cover. Always delivered earlier than expected.

Great quality and well presented products. Customer service was excellent. I had a recent issue with UPS delivery, which was dealt with efficiently. I felt they cared about me as a customer so thank you.

The reprinted my product without question because it was bent.
