They are bottom of the bottom disappointing! I spent an entire day creating characters for a video, only to find that the ML AI wouldn't let me access them when it was time to actually produce the video. On top of that, the design quality leaves much to be desired. I'm using Dreamina and DaVinci Resolve instead.

I would not recommend MagicLight.AI.

My experience with this platform was very disappointing. The videos it generated were poor quality, the characters were inconsistent, and the overall results did not meet my expectations.

What made the experience even more frustrating was trying to cancel my subscription. I could not find a clear way to unsubscribe through the platform. I contacted customer support multiple times regarding my cancellation and other issues, but I never received a response. Because of the lack of communication and the difficulty canceling, I ultimately had to contact my bank to block future charges.

Based on my experience, MagicLight.AI lacks transparency when it comes to subscription management and customer support. If you encounter a problem, do not expect a timely response. I recommend avoiding this site and researching other AI video platforms that offer better quality, clearer cancellation options, and more responsive customer service.

MagicLight AI exceeded my expectations. Their creativity and attention to detail make them a leader in the industry.

Don't buy it, it has no redeeming features. Be careful even when buying for a week, they sell it for a year and you don't get your money back. It's very slow and only fulfills about 20% of your needs!
Few languages and you never get answers to your questions!

I actually have the worst experience I can ever imagine with Magiclight AI.
First, they use a fraudulous sell tunnel to catch you up and subscribe for a year.
Then, it's hard as f*** to find any information about your account, your subscription.. No idea where i can stop the subscription.

Then let's talk about the tool and if they build such a strong sell tunnel, it's because the tool is shitty as f***. Your Story will never be decomposed as you wich, each scene is awfull to build up correctly. I made at least 10 projects and none of them satisfied me, despite the time spent on it.

I strongly recommand to never use this tool and moreover DO NOT SHARE YOUR CARD INFORMATIONS WITH THEM.

I have ultimate magiclight...dialog 0 point...voice cloning lie...only 1 voice and 1 story....all my money going..they not have contact..money going...

This app is a janky miserable nightmare. Its hideously difficult to use and even worse its so expensive.
They use BOT customer service on telegram which itself is extremely untrustworthy. The BOT cannot answer anything and keeps back and forth BS.
Worst of all after tedious and irritating time spent to create the video it LITERALLY did nothing I asked it to do. It took my charactors and changed them entirely (some changes were totally illegal copies of MARVEL charactors) it took the storyline and threw it out and did its own thing.

Pass on this site. I honestly cannot even name all the flaws. The characters are wildly inconsistent, and many of the generated images come out looking ridiculous — extra arms, extra heads, extra eyes, distorted faces, and poor editing quality overall.

What makes it worse is being charged for almost every edit, even though the advertising makes it sound like revisions are included. After spending both time and money trying to make it work, the experience was frustrating and disappointing.

MagicLight AI was a huge letdown for me and felt like a complete rip-off. Save yourself the headache, wasted time, and wasted money.

Started using Magiclight AI two months ago and what I feel is that the app is awesome. Although the interface could be a bit more intuitive, the overall functioning is top-notch.

I'd recommend using it.

Don't use this app. They will never let you unsubscribe. No unsubscribe feature. Just Listen and ask chat gpt for alternative

wow, not in my life did i ever feel so scammed then by this service. Spent a shitload in what i thought was a learning curbe/proces.
But this is just ridiculous. Putting 2 hours into rewriting the script and prompts that it generated as ''content. Because the absolute garbage claw and itself came up with just felt way off theme/ vibe not to mention completely inconsistent, generating sounds and movements that you have to reanimate for credits again ofcourse, completely unrelated and unrealistic movements that had absolutely no place in the scene..
About 40k credits waisted on 3 different try's for different formats/story's. Inconsistent animations, buggy animations, it just rewrote the entire content section that it just wrote back into its own format and wording when generating the storyboard all of my work was just gone. No way to go back exept to restart from the beginning. Absolutely bonkers. A full day of work for something that looks like crap. Im gonna list them as scam and get my money back this is absolutely insane.

Good AI generation but I would not recommend. Their customer service support is poor. I checked their fb page and sure enough there are a number of complaints. There are better softwares out there to look at.

The make assumptions and additions that you do not ask for and ruin your video. They make you pay over $200 and your videos look nothing like what they advertise. Total rip off. Not pleased with any of my videos.

Character generation has improved with updates and looks more consistent across scenes.

I created an animation video for my client, which saved me a lot of time and effort. MagicLight surprised me with its AI characters and templates, and how it converts scripts into AI videos. I have to say it outperforms many video generators on the market.
